By S-Bahn (7-minute walk) you can reach the hacker bridge (Wiesn) in 9 minutes, 12 minutes to the main train station. For concerts in the Olympic Park, it is 15 minutes by taxi or 35 minutes by bus/U-Bahn.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
