Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for up to 2 people. Double bed (2x2 m), bathroom with shower, small kitchen are available. From mid-September 2026, a small private terrace will be available. My dog runs around freely on the property. He is very gentle, but he does bark. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it quiet.
