Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The well-designed apartment is located in a quiet, low-traffic one-way street. The living room faces south and the window is high enough so that you can not look in from the outside. Aldi, Tengelmann, Bank, drugstore just 2 blocks away. U-2 Kolumbusplatz is right around the corner and you are in 10 min. at the main station. The Oktoberfest can be reached by bus in 10 minutes. Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for up to 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are available. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are held here from time to time.
