Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

The "house opposite" offers a "seaside" style cocooning atmosphere in the charm of the renovated old, with the comfort of modern amenities. 6 km from the sandy beach of Agon Coutainville (10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike) and surrounded by many tourist sites to visit: Castles, Abbeys, landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel, etc., the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with family. This house has an enclosed garden with a large south-facing terrace.

On the 1st floor: 1 parquet bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a bathroom (shower, toilet) On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90 x 200) The house has unsecured stairs. Come and stay in the heart of a small Normandy village by the sea in a cozy and comfortable house. It is close to shops. The beach is 2 km away. Experience shore fishing during high tides. Close to hiking trails (GR, Mont Saint Michel trails...) on foot or by bike, there is a bike rental 3 km away if you are tempted. Listing is not accessible for people with limited mobility.

This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
