The latter is without an elevator but the floors are easily accessible. The view is exceptional, between the unobstructed view towards the town of Granville and the sea view towards the beaches of Donville les Bains. Great brightness in all the rooms. Unique and comfortable apartment to stay in!

The seaside chalet

Located in a quiet and peaceful location 600 m from the beach, fishing on foot, 1 hour from the landing beaches, Granville and its port, Coutance and its cathedral, 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. Fully-equipped kitchen and single-story house. 1 master bedroom with 160 cm bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. A 2nd bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A 3rd bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Beds will be made on arrival, sheets and towels provided.
