great weekend in his house . the pool, the pétanque court, the huge terrace and the nail of the show in the basement with this room perfectly arranged for partying and of excellent taste. i would go back without hesitation as a family i can only recommend 😀

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

We had a great stay, our children were often able to swim and we could sit and dine in the garden. The cat and turtles came by regularly. In the house you can find everything you need. Sophia is very nice and responds very quickly. The cottage is not big (as you can also see in the pictures) and is quite noisy, the kids woke up when my husband started making coffee, but we later came up with something to do, put the coffee maker in the bathroom:) we enjoyed it very much and the weather was beautiful

Great weekend at Volha's. The house is big. The living space is great, double sofa and pool table in the same room with a large open plan kitchen. Everything is functional. The setting is beautiful with in addition to the pool, a small river:)

Lovely and friendly host, the explanations are very clear. The place is amazing, the technology is on the rendezvous! I would recommend it in a second.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Spacious, nicely decorated, well heated and well maintained house. Well located on the outskirts of Paris in an unexpected setting. Christine the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Small bottle of white to give us a welcome. The cat Louna made our stay with the kids even more enjoyable. Thanks to Christine and her family.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful stay in Martine's little haven of peace. The house is absolutely lovely, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Everything was perfect, from impeccable cleanliness to thoughtful amenities. Martine was an attentive and welcoming host, always available to answer our questions and advise us on the best places in the area. The location, quiet and pleasant, allowed us to fully recharge. Three rooms are similar in size and environment. The kitchen facilities were also good for cooking and there was a dishwasher for convenient use. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, so it was good for relaxing, and it is convenient to use public transportation.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!! Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
