Beautiful place and a great location, close to all the hotspots. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

This was a great location for our vacation! super close to the beach - very short walk. So much to do in the area and very close to the Venice Canals. very roomy with plenty of outdoor space and places to relax. we had a great stay and Vanessa was a great host and provided everything we needed, even beach toys for the kids!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

I can’t praise Anthony and this spectacular home enough!!! My multigenerational family loved staying at this condo for a Disney vacation and saved on parking costs! My daughter loved the kids room and played dress up with the costumes. Grandma could sleep downstairs on the couch bed without having to walk up the stairs to a bed. Disneyland entrance is a 10 minute walk so we went to Disneyland and Downtown Disney with ease. The supplies for the beach made it easy to go to the beach with all the gear you need. There is nothing Anthony has not thought of and any questions he responds quickly with amazing support! You will love this place!

We stayed here after losing our home in the recent LA wildfires, and are very grateful to have found this place. It was a peaceful and comfortable space during a very difficult time. We really loved having a backyard and two beautiful trees out front. Our toddler was very entertained by the sandbox and the pine cones around the house. The neighborhood was great — it’s quiet and family-friendly, with a beautiful park nearby that was perfect for our toddler. Our host Chelsea was very flexible and understanding of our situation — we truly appreciate her willingness to work with us and accommodate our needs. Thank you for hosting us and opening your home when we needed it most.

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming duplex. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and lots of other thoughtful amenities throughout. Space was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, the pier and Main Street. Easy check in and having a dedicated parking space next to the garage was also appreciated. A real gem in one of our favorite beach communities.

This was our second stay at Dalia’s place and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time last year. It was clean and comfortable and Dalia is always so responsive. After we left she reached out to us about something we had forgotten. She was very gracious and mailed it to us straight away. She is the kind of host you want! We hope to be back someday.

GREAT SERVICE! As someone who dreams of the ocean, I can confidently say this place was everything I could have hoped for. Nestled in a tranquil and quiet part of the Long Beach area, and right on the sand, it was a dream come true. I traveled here for work and brought my mom along so I wouldn't have to travel alone. She adored this place just as much as I did and was able to enjoy it even more than I could. We spent our evenings walking along the beach, searching for shells and listening to the soothing sound of the waves. We felt incredibly safe, as this gem is tucked away off the beaten path but still within walking distance of 2nd Street. The entire place exuded warmth and a homely feel, making our trip all the more delightful. It had everything we needed and more, without any extra fees. If you're looking for a serene retreat to ease your mind, feel safe, and still have the opportunity to explore, this is absolutely the perfect place to rent. 🏖️😊

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Highland Park! The house comfortably accommodated our group of seven. One of the highlights was the dedicated, secured parking space for two cars — a huge plus in LA. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect; very central to all the neighborhoods we enjoy visiting, which made getting around easy and convenient. The host was also incredibly responsive. On top of that, the check-in and check-out process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay in a unique location. The place is very well built. Only issue the entire time was the community it’s in was loud late into the night and the neighbors dog consistently was barking and crying loudly early in the morning. Otherwise fantastic!

very clean, suitable for family with kids, great time there

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

What a great find! She did a great job renovating this property. All the little details were well thought-out and this house was 10x better than staying in a local hotel. Downtown Fullerton is walking distance. We were very happy with our stay!

From the time of booking Anna was the most amazing host. Quick and responsive with my questions and when we were going to arrive early, she allowed us to store our bags in the garage, 3 hours ahead of check in time so we could go shopping. (Such a kind gesture!) The space was private, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, especially after 5 days of being in a hotel, the space was fantastic!! When it comes to Disneyland, you can’t go past this property! After a 15 hour day, the walk home was safe, lit up and only 10-15min walk to Downtown Disney. (Hot tip - check into the park at the Monorail, it will save another 10mins of walking and queuing up at the gates). On our 2nd & 3rd day we came home for lunch, rest & swim then returned around 5pm - such a convenient location! Beds were so comfy, aircon great and the kids had a great time in the pool. I can’t recommend this property enough. Thank you Anna, I will be recommending your property to anyone travelling your way!
