This is a fully renovated studio nestled on the quiet hilltop. It's in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This is a back house and the host live in the front house. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. New 55" 4K smart TV and Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.
