I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Staying here every time we come to LA! Spot is perfect for 2 people, there’s tacos across the street and plenty of stores/restaurants in the area. It’s LA - of course you’re gonna see some sh*t but I felt safe and comfortable both times I stayed here, even without my partner. Great host!

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Natsumi’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The check-in process was smooth, and Natsumi was very responsive and accommodating. The space had all the amenities I needed, including a full kitchen set , fast Wi-Fi , private gated garage and full amenities in the unit . The neighborhood was safe , clean , with easy access to restaurants. I especially loved the cozy patio , stylish decor and fully equipped kitchen . Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Gabriel !

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

We had a great stay! It was a beautiful home in a great area! We stayed a couple of days with our little doggo and it was perfect! Gaby was a great host too, really communicative and we’d absolutely stay again!

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Bright, clean, spacious modern apartment in great Hollywood location. Comfortable bed. Nice floor plan with cycle. Lots of wire frame storage in closet works well for traveling because you can quickly organize your clothes and easily locate them when packing. Garage spot a big plus in this neighborhood. Host Andy was very responsive, provided check-in flexibility, and quickly sent some household items that were needed.

Jason was kind, responsive, and super flexible with my check-in time and date. The apartment itself was super clean and in a cute neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi isn't super strong; since my friend and I stayed for a festival, we weren't home most of the time so this was not an issue for us but may be for those who are working remotely. Would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible 10-day stay at Nada’s place. The apartment is perfectly located just outside Little Tokyo, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and local spots within walking distance. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. But what truly made our stay special was Nada herself. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions or help we needed — without ever being intrusive. Her kindness and hospitality made a real difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The transportation in the area is very convenient, with easy access to highways and shopping malls. The host was always willing to assist whenever needed. We had a truly wonderful time here and made some great memories. If we get the chance, we’d love to come back and stay again.

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!
