WE LOVED every aspect of THE BEST VACATION RENTAL we’ve had so far-CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean space! Exactly like pictures. I definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to tourist attractions like Griffith observatory, hollywood, and universal studios!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Very nice, well maintained, beautiful views to the ocean and walkable to shops and restaurants. My family and I had an amazing time, thank you for letting us stay and create memorable memories.

A beautiful home central in Hollywood. Clean, great layout, perfect for our group of friends on a short stay in LA. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

it was the best of all airbnbs I have since stayed. I had stayed in nice Beverly Hills home that was a bit inferior to this in terms of service, Bangkok and Paris home that were almost scam in terms of nonsense photos and explanation online that were totally different from the reality. Chinese operators are unbelievable and tend to lay it on.

I would definitely stay here again! Heidi was great at communicating info, check in was easy and the location was amazing!

Wally’s place was convenient and comfortable. It had all the basics to make simple meals and relax after attending a class in the area. Great location and safe neighborhood, walkable to the grocery store and beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jeremy's home. This was an airbnb that we definitely felt exceeded our expectations and looked better than the photos. The beds were comfortable, a c worked very well and the home was very clean upon arrival. The location is the best perk about this home. We timed the walk from the home to the sand was 4 to 5 minutes...1 to 2 minutes being the wait to cross the boulevard. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. jeremy was a good host and very communitive. We appreciate him letting us stay in his home and would love to stay again.

From the time of booking Anna was the most amazing host. Quick and responsive with my questions and when we were going to arrive early, she allowed us to store our bags in the garage, 3 hours ahead of check in time so we could go shopping. (Such a kind gesture!) The space was private, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, especially after 5 days of being in a hotel, the space was fantastic!! When it comes to Disneyland, you can’t go past this property! After a 15 hour day, the walk home was safe, lit up and only 10-15min walk to Downtown Disney. (Hot tip - check into the park at the Monorail, it will save another 10mins of walking and queuing up at the gates). On our 2nd & 3rd day we came home for lunch, rest & swim then returned around 5pm - such a convenient location! Beds were so comfy, aircon great and the kids had a great time in the pool. I can’t recommend this property enough. Thank you Anna, I will be recommending your property to anyone travelling your way!

We needed a centrally located place for our 8 day family trip with 2 kids. This fit the bill! It was within 20 minutes of most of the things we wanted to visit, including Disney. Having the private garage to park was so nice, and Jenn was very helpful when we couldn’t find something. The king bed mattress and pillows were very comfy - we are kind of picky, but sleep was great in that regard. We made use of the beach chairs on two different days, and our kids loved that the pool had a 7.5 ft deep end.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

The location speaks for itself, a hidden gem in the hills. Highly recommended
