Chiara's apartment is well distributed and kept, extremely functional, surrounded by greenery and enriched with details and decorations that without exception have found my taste. The context is quiet a few steps from Via Nomentana, nearby there is everything you need and the neighbors are extremely sociable. From the street you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains in the north-east of Rome and the road ends in a huge suburban park where you can take very pleasant walks. The nearby Casale del Podere Rosa offers many interesting activities including a social lunch every Saturday and interesting film screenings. Chiara is an extremely helpful and responsive host with whom I had a great time. I would come back tomorrow 😊

I’m beyond excited with this place and the host. everything was excellent, very clean place, smelled lovely, had toys for kids to play with, the host left for us all kind of sweets, icecream, juice, water, some food for breakfast, really really nice. and the communication was excellent! and I asked a lot of questions, believe me! she replied instantly and very helpful and detailed. highly recommend!

Super clean and the hosts are very friendly and helpful

We rented the property for family members from Germany that came over to Rome. Monte Sacro is not only a well connected area of Rome, but also very nice to hang out: many nice pubs/restaurants and any shop that is needed. Andrea is a very committed and friendly host, which was not only evident by a sparkling clean flat, but also by supplies beyond the normal range, such as fresh fruits, an Easter cake and some drinks. Communication was fast and flawless. To sum up: Andrea will be first choice when we need to rent an AirBnB in Rome next time. Highly recommended.
