Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Sacro Alto, Rome

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Nice, art-decorated accommodation, met expectations. The house was clean, and provided with the necessary facilities. Although it is in a neighborhood where there is nothing to do on its own, the apartment is well suited as a base for a visit to Rome. Various bus lines stop almost at the door, and they run quite often, so within 20-30 minutes you will be in the historic centre or Trastevere. The apartment is easy to reach by train (and possibly bus) from Fiumicino airport. A nice breakfast place is further down the street, within 100m. The only downside is that during our 5-day stay we had to do with 1 bath towel p.p., despite a request for more. Nevertheless, recommended!

The appartment is great if you are traveling in a larger group. Everything you need and more you have to you accomodation. There is a supermarket direktly near the appartment. The home owner is really nice and will give you all the information you need. Would a 100% recommend!

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to travel very well from the accommodation by bus or tram to the city centre and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small gifts that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

Antonella is a very attentive hostess. We didn't miss anything at the place. The fast internet is worth highlighting. The apartment is well located for events at the Olympic Stadium.

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

A lovely little studio apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. Has everything you need. Simone was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We even returned to fresh towels during our 4 day stay - which we hadn't expected.

My mum stayed in Gabriele's apartment for 12 days. We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. Very bright and beautifully furnished. Featuring a terrace with a wonderful view of the Roman aqueducts. The spotless house is equipped with all comforts. The owners were simply delightful, always available and kind. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment! We'll be back in autumn!

The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Romano is a very responsive and a great host that will go out of his way to accommodate any requests. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood that let's you experience everyday Roman life, which I found very interesting. There are a couple of shops and restaurants nearby, and the bus stops that take you to the Metro lines and the city center are very close to the apartment. All in all, a great experience.

I want to thank you for the care with which you prepared the apartment for my visit-- ample amenities (water, espresso pods, shampoos, etc...), VERY clean, and well organized in every way. I really have never had a better airbnb stay-- this was the top! I loved having so much space -- the loft bedroom, the kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a washing machine and entire laundry room, the living room, and the cute little area for sitting outside surrounded by flowers. Thanks so much for your wonderful attention to every detail! Grazie mille! P.S. For other guests-- the restaurant Nena's is excellent and the Carrefour just a couple of blocks away. Be sure to walk through the amazing San Lorenzo cemetery.

Rome was fantastic but exhausting so it was great to return home to such a nice place.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort, very bright, well cleaned and furnished with attention to detail. The terrace, then, allows you to relax outdoors in a quiet place full of greenery. Elvezio is a special host, very kind and helpful, attentive to make you feel at home during your stay and on whom you can count on for anything. Great little apartment. Bedroom was lovely with lots of storage. Could have done with a few more bits in the kitchen, but we coped. Balcony was lovely, a real sun trap in the afternoons, perfect.
