Holiday rentals with breakfast in Monte Sacro Alto, Rome

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Beautiful apartment. The perfect location to visit St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

The apartment is smaller, but very cozy. Great hot tub with adjustable lighting. Very comfortable bed, we didn't even want to get up. 🙂 20 minutes to the metro, but who wouldn't walk in Rome, so I also take the location quite well. The host is great, he can offer something extra. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend. 👌✌️✌️

Great accommodation! The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly equipped, exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to good public transport. Communicating with your host was quick and seamless. I would definitely like to come back here on my next visit to Rome. I recommend it!

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

We had a wonderful time at Antonio's apartment. Perfectly clean and stocked with coffee, some water and some treats to welcome us! Air conditioning was important for my husband and it worked very well in the heat wave. Antonio arranged for a transfer from the airport to Rome, and then later from Rome to the cruise port. He also gave us restaurant and other recommendations. We wished we could have stayed there more than the 2 nights we booked! I highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Stefano was an amazing host! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—picking us up from the airport and taking the time to show us key spots in the area for transport, food, and more. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The area itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and just a short, accessible trip from the heart of Rome. The locals were warm and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay ! The area was very walkable, close to the metro, we felt safe walking even in the early morning and after dark. The apartment was well decorated and very comfortable. We would stay here again while visiting Rome.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and proactive, making sure everything was perfect from the start. I felt right at home. The flat is in a great location—just steps away from several public transport stations, beautiful parks, and convenient grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) very nice apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic stadium very well connected by transportation Francesco is a very nice and proactive host we exchanged a lot by message for restaurants and he is a great listener

The stay with Carlo was perfect. The room is cozy, and the cleanliness is extremely impeccable. The wonderful region, with good food around if you don't want to go to the center of Rome, but if you want public transport, it's 5 minutes from the accommodation. A wonder.

Close to the termini and very clean and spacious room. Checking in and keys are digital and instructions are very clear. Not the host’s fault but some other guests inside the airbnb made some really huge noises past midnight and woke us up, which was inconvenient but everything else was great.

I loved staying here, we were greeted by a lovely and very kind lady! A pleasure, the location is good, you are 20 minutes from everything and the house is super clean!

Ricardo and his wife were amazing hosts They were very responsive very helpful. They gave me all the tips and tricks around, also the room was very clean, convenient and spacious for one person. They also had a very well organized breakfast in the kitchen.

Host is such a great lady, she is responsive and very helpful. She has kept this B&B in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easily accessible by Metro Line A …just 5-10 minutes of walk. Smooth check-in with a calm environment. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. We have had 6 wonderful days here in Rome, close to the Vatican and surrounded by restaurants and beautiful buildings and museums. The host was very friendly, gave numerous tips and if we had questions he was always available and accessible

Andrea surpassed our expectations by being generous of his time and his knowledge of Rome. He was so helpful and kind to us. We are two sisters who had the most beautiful adventures and we felt safe and guided through our stay. Being at a walking distance from the metro made it so much easier to get around.
