Waterfront holiday rentals in Monte Argentario

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment just outside of the walls of Orbetello historic center (and a less than 10 minute walk into town). The apartment was very spacious with two big bedrooms and a tastefully decorated common area (living room and dining area) with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. The apartment also had two full bathrooms with shower, ideal for two couples or a large family to share for a longer stay. We really appreciated that they bought a new cot for our 4 month old to sleep in during the trip. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels and bed linens for us to use. The location was great too, a quieter neighborhood next to a big hotel surrounded by shops, a short walk to the center and near a very nice seafood restaurant called I Pescatori. The only negative was that it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator so with a baby it’s not that easy. But I’d definitely book again!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grill sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist außerdem ein Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Franca war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

Laura è stata una perfetta padrona di casa, sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda e ci ha ospitato come fossimo di famiglia. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo con tutti i comfort, e si trova in una posizione centralissima ma tranquilla. I parcheggi sono vicini. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe avec vue incroyable dont on ne lasse pas. Calme et pratique. Plage de sable immense à 15 mn à pied ou 5 mn en voiture. Localisation idéale pour des visites des environs (site archéologique, terme, etc…). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et l’accueil de l’hôte. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Michel

l'isola del Giglio un sogno, la casa da Francesca all'altezza del posto ed incantevole. Situata davanti ai fari del porto in una posizione strategica perché vicina a ristoranti e servizi, ma lontana dalla confusione. Francesca un host perfetta, pronta a dare consigli su attività, servizi e tutto ciò che può essere utile. La comunicazione è stata agevole. Consiglio a tutti la sua abitazione. wij vonden dit een prettige locatie, we konden ruim parkeren, goede fietspaden, in het appartement was alles aanwezig, goede WiFi, lekker in de tuin zitten. al met al kan ik het iedereen aanbevelen

Good value for the location. Very close to the beach. Several public beaches 5-6 minute walk. A close walk to restaurants and shops (5-10 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked of pans / dishes. Host was helpful with check in, local places to go and restaurants.

Sehr große und saubere Wohnung in super Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die Festung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Parkplatzsuche. Vielen Dank!!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Teresa è un host davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare la casa perfettamente pronta e ci ha dato tante indicazioni per vivere al meglio la casa e la zona. Splendido lo spazio esterno. L'interno della casa è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. la posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere Porto Santo Stefano sia le le calette vicine. in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono tantissimi altri luoghi. Grazie per la splendida vacanza!

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Host molto disponibile in tutto. L’alloggio di Milena era comodo pulito e confortevole. Posizione ottima per visitare Porto Santo Stefano anche a piedi lasciando la macchina nel comodo parcheggio a disposizione. Consigliato

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Debora e Dario. Loro sono stati molto disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro sia con l’orario di check in che di check out! L’appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ottimo quindi se si viaggia con bambini piccoli e c’è bisogno di fare avanti e indietro per evitare le ore più calde e spezzare la giornata! Apprezzata anche la terrazza, sempre ventilata e perfetta quindi per una cena all’aperto!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.
