Waterfront holiday rentals in Monte Argentario

Perfect place, even better location. Clean, quiet and beautiful views:) One thing to note, is that if you’re planing on staying there without the car, prepare to walk pretty high up in order to reach the apartment. I guess that is common in Italy, although we did not think of that. Also, when checking out, there were instructions to take the trash out, but the trash bins were all the way down the hill at the main road. They were also recycling bins, which we were not prepared for. So keep in mind to recycle. Other than that it was nice, quiet stay and we enjoyed the time there :)

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment just outside of the walls of Orbetello historic center (and a less than 10 minute walk into town). The apartment was very spacious with two big bedrooms and a tastefully decorated common area (living room and dining area) with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. The apartment also had two full bathrooms with shower, ideal for two couples or a large family to share for a longer stay. We really appreciated that they bought a new cot for our 4 month old to sleep in during the trip. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels and bed linens for us to use. The location was great too, a quieter neighborhood next to a big hotel surrounded by shops, a short walk to the center and near a very nice seafood restaurant called I Pescatori. The only negative was that it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator so with a baby it’s not that easy. But I’d definitely book again!

Laura was a perfect host, always ready to answer all our questions and hosted us as if we were family. The apartment is spacious, very clean with all the comforts, and is in a very central but quiet location. The parking lots are close. Highly recommended!

Excellent welcome, superb apartment with incredible views that you can't get enough of. Quiet and convenient. Huge sandy beach 15 minutes walk or 5-minute drive. Ideal location for visits to the surroundings (archaeological site, term, etc...). We can only recommend this rental and the host's welcome. We'll definitely come back. Michel

the island of Giglio is a dream, the house from Francesca at the height of the place and enchanting. Located in front of the harbor lighthouses in a strategic position because it is close to restaurants and amenities, but far from the confusion. Francesca is a perfect host, ready to give advice on activities, services and everything that can be useful. Communication was smooth. I recommend your home to everyone. we thought this was a pleasant location, we could park spaciously, good bike paths, in the apartment everything was present, good WiFi, nice to sit in the garden. all in all I can recommend it to everyone

Good value for the location. Very close to the beach. Several public beaches 5-6 minute walk. A close walk to restaurants and shops (5-10 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked of pans / dishes. Host was helpful with check in, local places to go and restaurants.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

We stayed in Cinzia's house for five to ten days and found the accommodation comfortable and well distributed. The double bedroom with private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

Teresa is a really kind and helpful host, she made us find the house perfectly ready and gave us lots of directions to make the most of the house and the area. The outdoor space is wonderful. The interior of the house is equipped with everything you need. The location is great for reaching both Porto Santo Stefano and the nearby coves. In a few minutes by car you can reach many other places. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

The villa, spacious, clean and very bright, direct access to the lagoon by immersing you in an enchanted place. The house is equipped with every service and Marta's hospitality and availability were impeccable.

Host very helpful in everything. Milena's place was comfortable, clean and comfortable. Great location to visit Porto Santo Stefano even on foot leaving the car in the convenient parking available. Recommended

We were greeted by Cinzia and another person who spoke English well for explanations. The space was sparkling clean and tidy. A slightly retro and authentic style but with everything you need. It is located at the end of a small alley behind other listings. It is a 10-minute walk to the first beach and 2 minutes to the small supermarket. Air conditioning is a real plus given the summer temperatures. Cinzia is a welcoming and responsive host.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment in Porto Ercole with an amazing terrace overlooking the harbour. The apartment is large, comfortable beds with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Violante and family were great hosts throughout. Highly recommended apartment in an incredible location!
