Our modern and cozy apartment "Wellenrauschen" is located in Alt Reddevitz in the beautiful Mönchgut on the island of Rügen. Only 30 meters separate you from the Hagenschen Wiek. You have a breathtaking view directly on the water. Simply unwind, relax in your own sauna, go swimming, take a walk - relaxation is guaranteed!

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Beautiful, bright 2-room attic apartment. With its own car parking space right outside the door, bathtub, washer-dryer (combination unit), a fitted kitchen. Quietly located directly on the harbor. One bedroom with bed and dresser, the living room has a spacious leather couch. The city tax, which is usually on top, is already included in the price. Perfect for two people.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
