The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

If you stay in this apartment, all the major points of interest are close by. The apartment is 40m ². It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for a holiday alone, as a couple, in a family or with a good friend. There is also a permanent parking space at your disposal as well as a cozy balcony. In front of the house you will find an equipped barbecue area . Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shopping within 2-3 minutes.

A temporary home: our renovated bright 2 room apartment in the heart of Greifswald . Each apartment honors a regional personality. Centrally and quietly located, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The market square, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are only a few steps away. There are charging stations for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
