Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa offers space for up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

You have a breathtaking view directly on the water. Simply unwind, relax in your own sauna, go swimming, take a walk - relaxation is guaranteed!

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that the Schwedenstraße will be modernized in the first half of 2025. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Quietly located just off the harbor. One bedroom with bed and chest of clothing, the living room has a spacious leather couch. The tourist tax, which is usually on top, is already included.
