You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 kr. per kwh I reserve the right to increase the price, water 79 kr. per m3, the landlord reads at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check out.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The house is simple and tastefully decorated and ideal for a romantic weekend, vacation with small or older children, as a work retreat or just a place to immerse yourself in a quiet environment close to nature. The area offers a wealth of natural experiences with good hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kite surfing, fishing, and good child-friendly beaches.
