Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Åbyparken med frisbygolfbana ligger i anslutning till huset. Gallerian och Stationen Mölndals centrum ligger nära, där spårvagnarna tar dig direkt till Liseberg eller centrala Göteborg på några minuter. Trädgården är parkliknande med en stor, inhängnad gräsmatta. Sisjön ligger ca 7min bort med bil. Sängkläder ingår ej.

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Wake up to birds chirping, put on your bathrobe and go down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike. There are plenty of different lakes to walk around or fish in. If it gets too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car or you can take the bus that takes 5 minutes to walk to. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. Stove, timber walls, patio, charging box, parking can usually be arranged. The property is located at the foot of Störtfjället (63 steps).
