Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

New guest house incl. rowing boat near swimming lake 15 min from Gbg

This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Lake Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. SUP boards are available for hire. There are nice swimming areas, jogging tracks, illuminated trails, an outdoor gym, and cycling and hiking trails, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You will stay in a newly built house of 36 sqm with room for 2-3 people and your own furnished outdoor area. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal are included. During the peak season from May to September, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Sydney Homestay

Sydney Homestay offers a pleasant and well-planned 55 m² accommodation in a quiet residential area in eastern Mölndal, in a part of a house. There is a sleeping area, dining area, bar, bathroom, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Bed linens, towels, toilet paper, hygiene products, coffee, tea, internet and free parking are included. With proximity to public transport, nature and a grocery store, the accommodation is perfect for vacation, work and weekly commuting, with easy access to both Gothenburg and Mölndal. The hot tub is available at an additional charge.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Måsagården

Welcome to Måsagården in Bjurum, north of Varberg! At our renovated farm from the early 1800s, there is this newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. In this environment with a living countryside, there is proximity to nature. There is a grocery store, restaurant and swimming area within cycling distance. This place is suitable for those of you who want to get out to the country's peace and quiet. Since you are the only guests, you will have the adjoining garden for yourselves with seating and barbecue.

Vika Trollen - Idyllic red cottage by the beach

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cottage has a room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate toilet and a simple shower with hot water, which is about 25 meters from the cabin. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be selected for SEK 100/set. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 300. Failure to clean is charged at SEK 400.

Summerhouse

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe, and walk down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. To Landvetter airport, it takes 23 minutes to drive. Warm welcome!

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children).
