Hello Nicholas! I will recommend your apartment. The furnishings are very modern and everything was clean. The highlight was the small garden where you could comfortably drink a beer. Due to the quiet location, there was also relaxation for the short stay.

It was located near Duisburg Central Station, so the access to the accommodation was so good. It was easy to get anywhere, and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was easy to buy necessary items. The room was also clean, so I had a comfortable stay.

The place was nice and clean and had everything you need for a short trip. Of course, in fine weather, the terrace with garden is beautiful.

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider surroundings are probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike and directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous way. The facility is of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It's also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a cellar ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My mom and I felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was available for daily use. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden with terrace is a beautiful little oasis with beautiful plants and with cozy seating. Guiseppe and his wife are very warm , friendly people. I felt at home. If we come back to Oberhausen, I will definitely choose this accommodation again ( hopefully free again at this time) . Was really very nice there. Great, new apartment with great amenities. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Xantener Südsee beach. The Inselbrot bakery is in the immediate vicinity, with really delicious rolls. You can reach the old town in less than 15 minutes by bike. Frank and his wife were always available and super friendly. If you want to explore Xanten and the surrounding area, you've come to the right place.

We really had everything we needed: relaxing nights after exciting days at the Dokomi fair in Düsseldorf, which was very easy to reach. It was very pleasant to come to such a clean and cozy accommodation and to be personally received so kindly. We surprisingly liked the surroundings, even if we didn't have time for further exploration. We'll have to come back again.

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

We felt home. The appartment is just nice for 7. The bed quality is excellent, the linen smells extra clean. The house is equiped everything: From oil sugar salt coffee to dishwasher to shampoo to laundry detergent. Theres also coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, lots of toilet rolls etc... Paul was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. He make sure we arrived at the appartment (Even we arrive at 1am). We forgot our key inside the house and "the rescue" is very quick ! (Very kind of him !) I recommand !

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts.
