Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the awning. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. House with nice garden, the beach is located 400 m ( kerfany les pins) port du Belon nearby for direct purchase. The house is adjoining that of the owner and renovated in 2016 (private entrance and independent parking). Very peaceful .Bed garden to share with three chickens ...who love company. We specify that reservations for the period July /August are exclusively by the week (Saturday to Saturday)
