The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. The fully enclosed garden guarantees privacy and reassures parents of young children. The coastal path is 1 min away, the large beaches are 13 min drive away.

Quiet and sweetness of life, this is what you will find in our charming pentys dating from 1610, just renovated with traditional quality materials. Bright and offering beautiful volumes, this house is located close to the most beautiful coves of Moëlan-sur-Mer, including that of Kerfany at the mouth of the Bélon and that of Trénez facing the Île Perçée. Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

Large playground and premium Steel and Style stainless steel swimming pool with sliding terrace at your disposal at 28°. A pleasant environment to have a good time.

Cosy Gîte - The beach and the GR34 on foot
Our cottage, "Les Mouettes qui Caquétent" (The Cackling Seagulls), is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. The accommodation is situated in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. The cottage is ideally suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. You'll find a cozy and very peaceful retreat. The cottage is well-insulated for optimal thermal comfort in the summer.

Kerfany, Pouldu beaches or the Carnoët state forest, the Belon River are close by by car. Access to the apartment is from a private patio. Pillowcases, pillows, sheets, and duvets provided, as well as towels and tea towels. Beds will be made before you check in.
