Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Come and enjoy our Breton curiosities in our studio apartment with mezzanine in a residential complex located 100 m from the beach and children's games. On the grounds of the residence, you will find a petanque court, a ping pong table and a mini tennis court. There is a sailing school nearby, and many hiking trails including the GR 34. Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time.
