Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mittersill

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

The two nights following our holiday in Italy brought us an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we were able to enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, as never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! It’s a beautiful space with a stunning view just steps away from a cable car , grocery store ( spar) and couple of minutes from the village restaurant s - yet very peaceful and secluded. There’s also a wonderful terrace- a must on sunny afternoons after skiing or hiking. It’s really a perfect apartment and location for skiing, exploring the mountains or just relaxing. Hope to be back soon.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail – I immediately felt at home. Our hostess Maria was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was simply magical, even more breathtaking than in the photos. I am infinitely grateful for this wonderful time and would love to come back!

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was uncomplicated. Clear recommendation!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city centre, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is only a few minutes' walk away. Shops and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at this Airbnb in Salzburg. From the very beginning, Natalie went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. She provided incredibly detailed instructions — even down to which exit to take at Salzburg Hauptbahnhof — which was such a thoughtful touch and made my arrival easy and hassle-free. The location of the apartment was ideal. It’s just a short 5 to 8-minute ride on bus 22 to the main railway station (Salzburg Hbf), so getting to and from the city center and other parts of Salzburg was incredibly convenient. The bus stop was nearby, and the area felt peaceful and safe. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can truly tell that Natalie cares deeply about her guests' comfort and experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg.
