It’s a beautiful space with a stunning view just steps away from a cable car , grocery store ( spar) and couple of minutes from the village restaurant s - yet very peaceful and secluded. There’s also a wonderful terrace- a must on sunny afternoons after skiing or hiking. It’s really a perfect apartment and location for skiing, exploring the mountains or just relaxing. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, super modern and furnished with great attention to detail. It was very clean and you can find everything you need there! Communication was easy and fast and all questions were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. We will be happy to come back!

Christina’s house exceeded our expectations of the view, it is more beautiful in real life than even the pictures. Her farm animals are beautiful and very friendly. We had fun playing with the cows and horses. Christina was a very great host, she was always available whenever we needed her. She welcomed us with her homemade apple juice from her trees, which was very special and the best one we had till date. She made us try her homemade schnapps which was also amazing. I will recommend Christina’s stay 100% if you want to visit the Nationalpark in this area and various hikes in Austria.

The stay experience was amazing. The host were friendly and very very helpful. If we had no further plans, we would have loved to extended our stay. The house was clean, proper with all required utilities with hot water, utensils, toileteries all upto the mark. Most comfortable stay. Along with the house, the view was just prestine. Would like to come back..! #Loved it!!!

Conveniently located in a village. There is a grocery store, bakery, restaurant nearby in the small village. The Transient Lodging Tax is very direct and friendly. We didn't have much questions because she fully informed me about everything at the beginning. The place is spacious, tidy, and clean. Beds are comfortable. The small kitchen and bathroom were clean and equipped. In addition to the microwave and stove, there was even an oven in the kitchen. Overall, I really liked the stay, I recommend it to others.

The apartment is very spacious and welcoming (I loved having breakfast on the veranda of the room with the table and windows overlooking the garden). The garden is truly wonderful and well-kept: with many games, flowers, fruit trees, birdhouses, fish in the fountain and the bench under the grape arbor. The owner is very friendly. We had a very good time on this 1 week vacation with our 7 year old son.

We spent beautiful days in this great apartment. Everything you wish for: good amenities, clean and friendly. We would happily come back!

Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

The flat has a good floor plan. Located very close to the gondola and in the house there is also a restaurant, which is also recommended. The kitchen is well equipped, the seating furniture was all cozy. The beds are also very cozy, while the pillows were not so comfortable for us. The full bathroom is very nice. The second, divided, bathroom unit has a great shower & bathtub. Sauna is also provided. Unfortunately, the separate toilet has only cold water, which is a bit uncomfortable. Communication was great and easy, Jan was always helpful and very friendly - really pleasant! It made you feel welcome. All in all recommended, a nice stay with close access and great amenities.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city centre, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! Communication with Andreas was very pleasant and fast from the beginning. Andreas is a friendly, communicative guy :) Conclusion: highly recommended!

Absolutely recommended! Excellent apartment with the best possible amenities. Very friendly and warm landlord. It doesn't get any better than that! Excellent location! We will be happy to come back!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We had a wonderful weekend in the Sky Apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the whirlpool on the balcony with a beautiful view.

This place was stunning - from the beautiful design, the incredible views, the outdoor space, and the high quality amenities. This home exceeded all our expectations. We felt right at home. It is the perfect space to spend time with family and relax in the peaceful setting of Kirchberg. Karin was an amazing host.
