"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Nicht nur das Apartment, auch die Lage ist ein Traum - ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum und den Bergbahnen entfernt und trotzdem in absoluter Ruhe, erhaben über den Dächern von Zell am See mit spektakulärem See- und Bergblick. Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-3Personen mit dem Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, 100 m vom Zeller See mit privatem Grundstück. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und den See.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Maishofen is a quiet gem situated in the middle of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Stein an der Meer, Leogang, Zell am See, Kaprun and The Kitzsteinhorn. The area has so many attractions to offer. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Stadtzentrum - zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Stadtgondel zum Skifahren und Wandern. Es gibt leider keinen fixen Parkplatz beim Haus - es kann ein Parkplatz in der öffentlichen Garage für 15€/24 Std. angemietet werden, Stand: April 2025.
