Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
