The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in just a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are very welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The tourist tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

From January 2020 we would like to welcome you to Klammstraße 27 in our completely newly built holiday home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig". Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes on foot. Our apartments are individually and modernly furnished in alpine style and - in addition to a wonderful view - have every comfort.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.
