Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Miramar Beach

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Great location, the gated community is a real bonus. Very nice house with plenty of space and amenities. The fenced in backyard, pool, and covered patio were great, we spent a ton of time out there. Would highly recommend.

This was my first trip with AirBnB and I have to admit I was more than a little apprehensive about how the process would play out. I opted to try contracting with Igor and Madison's home based on location and appearance. They were very quick to reach out, show interest in my background and determine my reason for interest in their property. Upon passing their tenant screening (they legitimately want visitors who will care for their home, not trash it), they frequently touched base over the four month period leading up to our visit. They provided valuable tips about the area (from local eateries, emergency medical care (utilized within the first 18 hrs in PCB) and public beach access (within very easy walking distance). Messages we sent regarding questions about the visit were responded to, WITHOUT fail, within 10 to 20 minutes. Our experience with Igor and Madison was Top-Notch. Immaculate home, clear house rules/expectations and desire for our experience to be great. A 6 out of 5!

Reginas place was extremely beautiful, inviting, and most importantly comfortable. We really enjoyed the keyless entry as it was very convenient. The beach is right across the street & the views from the balcony are stunning. We really enjoyed sitting out on tbe balcony in the evenings. The kids loved not only the beach, but the pool and hot tub on site too. All the amentities provided such as laundry pods, snacks, a whole chest full of beach necessities, beach chairs, etc. You need it? Reginas got it. We so much enjoyed our stay in Destin and hope to return in the future.

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

My friends and I had booked a different place which was dirty and had bugs. We immediately checked out and searched what was available and we found this place on such a short notice! I was so thankful they were able to accommodate us. The pool was great. They thought of everything and even had pool floats, a hammock, etc. We are already talking about coming back next year. Thank you!

We would definitely stay here again anytime we are back in Destin. The house was perfect for our family. Billie was so easy to work with. The location is great and it was so nice having our own pool and such a nice back yard to spend time in when we were done at the beach for the day. I would recommend this home to anyone. Excellent experience.

The absolute best part of this house is the distance to the beach ! It’s a beautiful home and neighborhood You feel secluded and comfortable Walking distance to grocery stores Coffee shops Alvin’s island for souvenirs! Irene was super helpful on any issues or concerns Offered to send house keeping and maintenance But we preferred to just enjoy our week And we did very much ! I would recommend to anyone traveling !!

Amazing stay! The beachfront location was unbeatable—gorgeous ocean views. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Not on the beach but next best to it. It’s on a resort with many amenities. Beach is only a walkable half mile along with a restaurant (beach house) on the boardwalk we ate 2 days in a row. Pool was beautiful, clean and family friendly. Easiest check in with very clear instructions. Very clean condo with a small balcony.

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The bunny hole was a great little place to stay, perfect for two people. The location was perfect in a very short walk to the beach. I highly suggest this spot if you’re looking for a getaway.

Veronica was a great host! The place was just as described. Right in the middle of Baytowne Wharf with shops and restaurants a short walk away! Tram to beach included. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay at Stephanie’s place. We’ve been to Destin many times, but never knew about the Village of Baytowne. Such a fun and convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

This is a 3rd stay in Baytown at San Destin. As always amazing, spacious, clean. There was a small issue with the hot water but Christina did not hesitate with getting the issue resolved promptly. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Absolutely loved this place and where it is located. Have never stayed in a place like this at the beach and it was well worth it all. Jacob is very respectful and responsive when needed. We liked it so much our plans are to book again for September. Great host!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Destin! Right next to the city, Miramar Beach provides a quiet, less touristy, escape, but also only a short drive down the main road to all Destin has to offer. Private, secured entrance to the property gives a safe feel, and there are gorgeous views from the deck of the beach! Spotless interior and everything you need for a perfect beach day, including private parking right across the street! So much space inside the condo for all of your things. I LOVED that the beds had soft blankets, I felt right at home. Hosts are proactive and quickly respond. Would stay here again!

Our family girls' trip was amazing! The place was clean and beautiful, and our favorite part was being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the surrounding areas. We had a great time.

My family had a fantastic time in this house! The space was clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation with our kids. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach The host was kind and quick to answer questions, and I really appreciated the meticulous touch such as beach supplies and indoor board games. My kids especially liked the bunk beds and cozy living rooms. I really want to visit again for another family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jamie was very responsive answering all of our questions even on the weekend. The place was just as described, very close to everything and it was very walkable. There was a pool and rinse off station directly outside of our room which came in very handy. We fell in love with the Destin/Miramar area and will make this a yearly family tradition. This place was reasonably priced and cozy little spot across the street from the beach. My favorite part was the bed, it was sooo comfortable which is rare when we vacation. I won’t ruin it but there were a few little surprises the host left us that were so thoughtful and unexpected. Excellent value overall especially for the price! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
