Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Minusio

Umberto and Nadia were extremely friendly. They welcomed us like family. They gave us tips on what to do in the area and even drove us to the train station. Oh and Umberto's BBQ skills are top!!! Hoping to come back.

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

What a lovely home with everything you need. Thank you for the extra special treats. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great bathroom with bath! Wished we could stay longer as it had all we need. Highly recommend if you don't mind steps!

We spent a wonderful few days in the beautifully located apartment. The view is stunning, the apartment is cozy and also stylishly furnished. In the kitchen we found all the necessary utensils, the appliances are in a very well maintained and good condition. In general, we immediately felt very comfortable. The outdoor area is an absolute highlight. There is a hiking trail right outside the door, which is very pleasant for us with a dog. We will be happy to come back!

The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and spending time together so enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. For example, dinner in the restaurant Pignatta, enjoyed the super nice playground in the village center. Even in dry weather, there is so much to discover and the tranquility is very soothing. The accommodation is beautiful and very high quality, the outdoor area is a paradise.

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

We had a pleasant stay at Daniela's place. With her husband, they are very welcoming hosts, available and who like to communicate. Their house is a good base to visit the very touristy surroundings of Lake Maggiore and find calm after these busy days. I highly recommend it!

We spent a week in Fabrizio’s beautiful place. My kids and I felt right at home and loved the sound of the water from the creek next to the house. The nearby natural pool was a wonderful place to go after a day’s adventure. Everything was clean and worked. It was easy to travel to by public transportation. Overall wonderful.

5 perfect nights! The accommodation is super quiet, bright and the lake view is beautiful. The reception was very warm. The hot tub? Hmmmm a Happiness! Andrea had recommended the al cantinone restaurant in luino, about 15 minutes by car. We loved it! The boss played a few accordion areas, the meals were very good. A change of scenery guaranteed! A 5-minute walk from the accommodation is a convenience store with fresh bread. The lady who holds her makes great sandwiches. We went to Stresa by car. It was a bit long but the road is so beautiful! On the other hand, dogs even in a bag are not allowed in the gardens of the Borromean Islands. Cannobio is a very pretty village. Our favorite! Thank you Andrea for everything, your responsiveness, your advice, the welcome package... we'll be happy to come back.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

A well-equipped apartment, convenient check-in (clear instructions and possibility to arrive at a later hour) and extremely attractive price. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place near Como (by car/bus).

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Very nice apartment with a great view ! It is very close to Menaggio and to the lake. The apartment is great for two persons and it had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very reactive and informative about the surroundings. Would recommend !

This apartment and its wonderful hosts definitely deserve a FIVE out of FIVE STARS. Amanda and Nicolas were incredibly quick to  respond to our questions and very friendly even offering to lend us their bikes to explore the area. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with all equipment, making it very easy to prepare meals. Everything was there and a lovely touch was also that the basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flour etc.)were provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable and one highlight was the bath in the bedroom. We really appreciated the attention to detail making the apartment feel very homely. Though not travelling with kids we were really impressed with the large variety of toys provided.The view from the balcony overlooking the shared garden and pool area was beautiful. For us it had the perfect location: the town centre is a 5 min drive. It is one of the very few places I would come back to - super value for money. Can heartily recommend it!
