Holiday rentals with a patio in Minusio

The accommodation is really very nice, especially the terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is very well and high-quality equipped and very tastefully furnished. The lake is minutes away by foot. The communication is very friendly and uncomplicated, we will be happy to come back.

This place is amazing! Super tranquil, excellent view, location is superb. Birgitt and her co host are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and has so much character and charm. I’d come back anytime.

We spent 9 nights in Locarno. The small apartment is tastefully and excellently furnished and the view is simply breathtaking. Ms Lang is an extremely warm landlady and both the reception and the communication were exemplary. The location is also ideal for excursions, whether you are travelling by car or on foot. A small disadvantage is the loud street, which occasionally makes it difficult to relax on the balcony. In the small garden with barbecue and stone table, however, you will find a little more peace and the view is also beautiful from there. We would like to thank Ms Lang.

Words can’t describe how beautiful of a place this is! We spent so much time on the terrace which overlooks the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to town center and ferry. Alessia was such a wonderful host and we would highly recommend staying at her place.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The room was great and had everything you needed - even tips for hiking and eating. If you have any questions, Carmen is quick and super helpful. And because that wasn't enough, there was also an idyllic pool and plenty of help and support for inquiries or special requests. We certainly won't be the last time we come here and thank Carmen for her great hospitality!

I had a fantastic stay! The service was absolutely excellent—everything was seamless from airport transfers, check-in to check-out. Communication with Ivan and Kathi was prompt, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was truly beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We were at home of Feride during Easter. Even if the weather was not really good this time, still we enjoyed our time there. Everything was perfect and we found as home there, really great, specially the kids love the house and the small talks with Feride. They like her a lot, since she gave a warm welcome and is very nice and open to us. We definitely want to be back there soon!

All the reviews are right! - this is an incredible place. The apartment and the views are amazing. I don’t really have words to describe how lovely this place is. So relaxing. So peaceful. We will miss the view. It’s even better than the pictures. Francesco was such an attentive host, he gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean and furnished so well. We spent ages sitting in the hot tub admiring the view … and as others have said what a view from the shower!! Torno is also a great little place and you are very close to other places to visit. We hired a boat which was well worth it too. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Beautiful authentic Ticino house with history and flair. Beautiful view from the hills of Lake Maggiore to far over the lake itself. An outdoor seating area as peaceful as the neighborhood and the neighborhood. Best location and accessibility for all activities around Locarno both by public transport and by car to the private parking. Uncomplicated and nice rental and arrival with reliable accessibility for any kind of concerns. A good place for a good time, clear recommendation.

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Caroline is the perfect host and her house was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The whole house is clean, organized and beautifully decorated. There is a lot of thought put into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining table is big enough to enjoy family dinners. The living room has enough seating for all guests which isn't always the case. In the bathrooms Caroline provided lots of new, fluffy towels for everyone. The back garden is amazing, a small paradise with lounge chairs to relax in the sun and a table for dining outside. Added to that is a very well equipped laundry room and outside parking for two cars. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Very nice modern apartment with an amazing view of Lake Como

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.
