Holiday rentals with a balcony in Minusio

Amazing view from the apartment, very clean and spacious. You can take stairs to the lake, the path itself (about 200m) is beautiful but steep (e.g., not suitable for strollers).

Really beautiful location, easy communication, clean and tidy. I reccomend this.

The accommodation is wonderfully located (with great views of the lake) and clean. Access by public transport is well possible, but the Postautos (stop very close to the property) do not run very often. The pool is wonderfully large, nice and warm and well maintained. The kitchen equipment is very good - apart from salt, however, it has no spices (oil must also be brought along yourself). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would book the accommodation again anytime!

There were 5 of us spending 1 week vacation at Jonas's place. The accommodation was nice, spacious and functional. Everything was there and the kitchen is equipped to prepare its small simple dishes (stove, oven, microwave, toaster). A dishwasher is present. Good bedding, we slept well. The bathroom is new and there is 1 washing machine. Dongo is not a tourist village in itself but convenient and central to discover the region (Gravedona, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna...). For Bellagio and Varenna take the boat because it's very difficult to find parking. We also went to Chaivenna and its waterfalls. Well worth a day trip! The host was helpful and communication was seamless. In short, we had a very nice holiday. I was just a little disappointed with the view, but if we disregard the building next door and the deposit of building materials/waste in front and looking up, we take advantage of the view.

we had a fantastic time. interaction with interhome and the local keyholder is never easy because communication with keyholder is not done with the airbnb app but usually with external e-mail or phone (so you communicate with interhome agent trough the app; and parallel you try to establish contact with local keyholder through other channels). check in once connection is established works well. payment of local tax is not organized and the work in order to pay it is passed on the guest - local taxes should be included in the air bnb fee.... appartement perfect. location perfect we had a wonderful spring holiday in locarno. kind regards christian

splendid! Great apartment with an amazing view! Very clean, super well equipped. The apartment is located high up, it is better to be there by car but it is the price to pay to have such a beautiful view of the lake and the city of Lugano. We had a memorable stay.

Beautiful, clean accommodation with a great view of Lake of Como. Ideal for exploring the lake from here. A car is recommended, as there is only a limited number of shopping, beaches and restaurants in Sala Comacina itself. However, the area is full of smaller and larger towns that invite you to explore. However, if you are a late riser, you should pay attention to the bell tower, which starts early in the morning about 7 o'clock with its bell game. We had a wonderful week in Sala Comacina and enjoyed exploring the lake from the apartment!

The house is located upstairs in the mountains. To get there from Corrido you have to follow a road with quite a few hairpin bends. The fellow road users are generally very friendly and take into account you to find a place where you can pass each other. The house was fantastic. We were there with two adults and three adolescents. The house was spacious enough and the garden was lovely. The sound of the birds, nature and the views let you unwind completely. In Corrido there is a bar for coffee (Pink Panther) and in addition a very small supermarket with rolls and cold cuts. In Corrido is also a nice restaurant with pizzas and meat dishes. For more shops and terraces you have to drive to Porlezza (15 minutes). We cycled and walked a lot in the area. For us the house was perfect and we enjoyed our vacation very much!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It is very spacious. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. The communication with Alessandra was very good. She gave us good tips. Very convenient parking in the private garage. The garage is not big, but was sufficient for our 3 Series BMW. Luino is excellent as a starting point for excursions to the surroundings on the east shore of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is definitely recommended. We felt comfortable. Thank you.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

we enjoyed our stay in the cosy home. we could park our two small cars within the cortyard. train station, bakery, supermarket, the church and the lake are easy to reach within short walking time. if you want to cook something everything is available in the kitchen.

We had a very nice holiday at the property. From one of the two balconies, you have a beautiful view of Lake Como. The garage, which belongs to the cottage, is brilliant. From this you can get directly into the house. In the basement there is a third bathroom with washing machine, toilet and large shower. The garden is pretty and was ideal for us and our two children. The children's room has two single beds and two small wardrobes. Failure protection is available. Within 5 minutes walking distance is a kind of small "Aunt Emma shop" as well as a pharmacy. The lake can also be reached in 5 minutes. There is no footpath in front of the house, so we took the kids by the hand or on the arm until we were downstairs. 10 minutes by car, you will find a large supermarket and a hospital. Small flaw: no screen on windows. But there are electric shutters. By bus or ferry you can get to other larger cities.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!
