The house is brand new and very welcoming, the interiors are well cared for and clean. Really comfortable memory pillows.

Serena was great, very accommodating when our flight was delayed, checking on us via Whats App and entertained our appalling lack of Italian with recommendations for eating when we eventually managed to arrive. The apartment offered us everything we needed for our short stay. Its an ideal walkable distance to the shops and restaurants in the area and Formia is a beautiful spot to stay for a while.

My family and I and our dog stayed in Ivo's country house for a few days. The house is very large and spacious, cool by day, despite the heat outside in the middle of August and even cooler at night, without the need for air conditioning, plus almost all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The space was very clean and tidy, beautiful the old structure and the colorful decor, the kitchen was equipped with several dishes and everything you need basic (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar). Ivo was very courteous and available to accommodate our requests and give us information on places to visit and restaurants. The place is really quiet, quiet day and night, ideal for a serene stay surrounded by nature. We really appreciated the atmosphere of the village of Filignano and the neighboring villages, and the accommodation is only halfanhour from the beautiful lake of Castel San Vincenzo. We hope to go back :)

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

stay at Silvana's was an honor and a pleasure. People like you and your husband today are hard to find. Friendly, simple and very kind. An authentic experience that made us feel at home from the first second that we entered their home. Thanks again for the unique experience.

Sergio is friendly, always ready to respond and best recommend to make your stay more than pleasant. The house is perfect, clean and with everything beyond what you need. We will return to Sergio to spend days relaxing and deepen the knowledge of Molise.

The accommodation matches the photos, I would say even better than expected. The house is very close to the sea and is really beautiful: spacious greenery for our dogs (who loved the madness running through the garden), a small terrace where you can eat with greenery around and a clean and correct accommodation (we were in 4 and 3 dogs and we had a great time). Outside there is a shower, an oven/fire pit, a pump and car space (there are two cars, a Twingo and a Citroen entrance). The other villas around made the area not too secluded. Just look as described to the speed cameras along the way (but in general throughout the coast). The owners were responsive to our requests and very courteous. From the accommodation we easily moved to the surrounding areas necessarily by car. In short, if you want a place in a strategic location, that is quiet, spacious and close to the sea, suitable for children and animals (fenced all over the perimeter) choose it!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Fantastic House and top service!

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

I was with my family (3 small children) in Barbara's home. It is located about 400 meters from the sea and we had a good time because there is really everything you need and the house is very well kept! The rooms are spacious and offer the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and there is a playground very close by. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara and I want to emphasize her kindness and availability in meeting our needs, as well as the flexibility she gave us for check-in and check-out. A really 5-star host! Thank you!

Gaeta, Italy is a special place!

Great communication with the hostess. Unfortunately, check-in was later due to traffic jams, which was not an issue. The house is small, but absolutely sufficient for a nice holiday. The yard is completely enclosed so we could let our two chihuahua run free. The distance to the beach is as indicated, absolutely great!

Gianpiero was a wonderful host. He met us at the home and showed us around making sure that we knew where everything was and how to use everything (even providing us with a bunch of wonderful snacks, milk and juice, olive oil that his family produced AND a cake!). His smile is infectious. He was sure to tell us about his home town and lovely sights to see. Not a critique, but some expectation management- I think this home is ideal for warmer months but room heaters and a space heater were provided to improve our comfort. Also when we lost power and could not figure it out, Gianperio was at the house within 15 mins to solve the problem. He is a wonderful communicator, thoughtful, courteous, timely and I truly enjoyed interacting with him! He even brought his mom on checkout day and I wanted to hug her as she interacted with my daughter- she reminded me of my mom!
