Holiday rentals with breakfast in Minturno

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Comfortable apartment, located right in front of the sea and with an internal parking space. Very friendly host available. Recommended!

Very good accommodation, worthy of the description and photos. There is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is a real plus.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

We stayed for two nights in Federica's place in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town centre and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us advice on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes' drive from the house. You can park on the street a few steps from the house. For me, it is a fantastic place to relax and to visit the surroundings, go hiking or trekking, and the hosts are keen to have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

We thought it was a very nice house. It is furnished with a lot of love and attention and has all the comforts. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very nice. Outside on the terrace and by the pool you could sit, with beautiful views of the hills. The outdoor shower and pool were also very nice. Raffaele, Floriana and Alessandro were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed it.

Restful and relaxing stay - great location when breaking your journey from south to north. Added bonus of being able to see Monte Cassino - with a great views from the apartment. Clean, well provisioned and friendly host.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

Simona was extremely helpful, which I appreciated as I was a solo traveler. She even checked prices of a taxi for me. Her apartment is full of heart and character, with a personal touch. I enjoyed the sun terrace at the top. The actual pedestrian road is full of character. Thankyou. 😃

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

After staying in Mrs. Virginia's apartment, I can say that it was a truly special experience. Mrs. Virginia is a wonderful, kind and welcoming person, who makes you feel at home from the first moment. His sympathy and human warmth make everything even more pleasant. The house is a real marvel: tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable, an oasis of tranquility and beauty in the heart of the city. A stay that I will certainly remember fondly!

I couldn't meet the lady in person because we arrived late. We found the air conditioning on, fresh water. Accommodation in excellent condition, perfectly clean and tidy. Recommended.

We immediately felt at home, clean room, fragrant sheets and impeccable bathroom cleanliness, not to mention the super good breakfast including dessert (croissants, yogurt, cereals, fruit juice and creams such as Nutella and jam) but you can also request a savory breakfast. Iole welcomed us despite the fact that we asked for a late evening check-in, very helpful and sociable, an experience to be repeated, I recommend it to everyone 🥰

Pleasant stay , very kind and professional hosts and staff. On the way out, we also found a thank you for choosing them a complimentary bottle of wine. Maybe I would only improve the windows in the pet friendly area on the beach that unfortunately had very little shade. But overall we had a great time. Thank you 💖

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

the accommodation is located in the inner area of Circeo, which is an advantage because it is far from the chaos but only 5 minutes by car from the sea. The accommodation is a small villa immersed in the countryside, renovated and cared for in every detail. The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. In the morning, Valeria provided us with a full breakfast that we were able to enjoy in the beautiful patio. Valeria was very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Maria is a great, attentive hostess and offers a great and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the amenities, the magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring town of Gaeta and the good breakfast in the Bar Trieste. The central location is also good - we just didn't expect the main road to be so loud (earplugs for the night are helpful). But Maria can't do anything about the noise. 😉 For very good and also exceptional food we recommend in Formia the Trattoria "Il Tiesto" and in Gaeta the Zrattoria "La Maccelleria". We enjoyed it very much there.
