Beautiful seaside home - perfect for a weekend getaway!

Everything is perfect, newly renovated apartment, modern, tastefully furnished, fresh and practical. Equipped with every comfort, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. The patio/terrace is really a treat. Perfect communication with the host, Stefano proved to be prudent and attentive to the needs of his guests, with friendliness and extreme availability throughout the stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back :)

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

Ours was a family meeting and due to the presence of different ages we needed to meet different needs. In Gabriele's house we found our ideal place, large spaces available in a cool pine forest, easily accessible on foot, peace and tranquility. We expressed some needs, such as the presence of a high chair and Gabriele satisfied us and allowed us to find it when we arrived. Every time we contacted him, he always responded promptly with kindness and availability. Free parking spaces are also available inside the property. They were very pleasant and relaxing days and it is a place we would definitely like to return.

The apartment is very well cared for, creating a "home" atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and finally the small balcony has a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Terracina. Beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. Perfect starting point for various walks, adapting a little to the timetables of the means of transport, well served and connected with all points of interest nearby.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Perfect location, beautiful view, 20 metres from the beach. Typical Italian beach apartment, basic cooking only which was ample. We stayed at the top apartment so it was 120 steps up and down in total, so anyone with a disability may struggle, very large private roof terrace with beautiful views, even when there is thunder and lightning! Luca was very pleasant and helpful and if returning there we would contact Luca because he has other properties.

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. The host is very courteous, flexible and collaborative. A highly recommended experience and for us to repeat. Marco

very nice vacation we had a great time, great location and very large and clean apartment.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

I recommend it to everyone, clean, nice, everything works, nice view, close to everything. We were with a family, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We didn't make any noise, but even during the day, the lower neighbor came up during the day to hear us walking barefoot… it was an inconvenience, there was little space to park on the street, there was little space, we were able to find one, but after a few days since we didn't move, they spotted our two back tires. Our host was very kind to help us right away, but the cost of the two new tires of €400 was bad… of course this is not the host's fault, but it may be a good idea to park the car in a different place every day to avoid the wrath of the locals.

Very nice and very clean house. Only 8 minutes' walk from the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. Thank you

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
