L'abitazione è nuovissima e molto accogliente, gli interni sono curati e puliti. Cuscini in memory veramente comodi.

Serena was great, very accommodating when our flight was delayed, checking on us via Whats App and entertained our appalling lack of Italian with recommendations for eating when we eventually managed to arrive. The apartment offered us everything we needed for our short stay. Its an ideal walkable distance to the shops and restaurants in the area and Formia is a beautiful spot to stay for a while.

Io e la mia famiglia con la nostra cagnolina abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di campagna di Ivo per qualche giorno. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, fresca di giorno, nonostante il caldo all'esterno in pieno agosto e ancor più fresca di notte, senza necessità di aria condizionata, in più quasi tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere. Lo spazio era molto pulito e ordinato, bellissima la struttura antica e l'arredamento colorato, la cucina era fornita di parecchie stoviglie e di tutto l'occorrente di base (olio, aceto, sale, zucchero). Ivo è stato molto cortese e disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste e a darci informazioni su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. Il posto è veramente tranquillo, silenzioso di giorno e di notte, ideale per vivere un soggiorno sereno immersi nella natura. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'atmosfera del borgo di Filignano e dei borghi limitrofi, inoltre l'alloggio dista solo mezz'ora dallo splendido lago di Castel San Vincenzo. Speriamo di tornarci :)

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

soggiorno da Silvana è stato un onore ed un piacere. Persone come lei e suo marito oggi giorno sono difficili da trovare. cordiali, semplici e gentilissimi. Un esperienza autentica che ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo secondo che siamo entrati nella loro casa. Grazie ancora per l'esperienza unica.

Sergio è cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere e consigliare al meglio per rendere il soggiorno più che piacevole. La casa è perfetta, pulita e dotata di tutto anche oltre il necessario. Torneremo da Sergio per trascorrere giornate di relax e approfondire la conoscenza del Molise.

L’alloggio è corrispondente alle foto, direi anche meglio del previsto. La casa è vicinissima al mare ed è veramente bella: ampio verde per i nostri cagnolini (che hanno amato alla follia scorrazzando per il giardino), piccolo terrazzino dove mangiare col verde attorno e alloggio pulito e di dimensioni giuste (noi eravamo in 4 e 3 cani e siamo state benissimo). All’esterno una doccia, un forno/brace, una pompa e spazio auto (ci sono entrate due auto, una Twingo e una Citroen). Le altre villette attorno rendevano la zona non troppo isolata. Occhio solo come in descrizione agli autovelox lungo la strada (ma in generale in tutta la costa). I proprietari sono stati reattivi alle nostre richieste e molto cortesi. Dall’alloggio ci siamo facilmente spostati nelle zone circostanti necessariamente in auto. Insomma se volete un alloggio in una posizione strategica, che sia tranquillo, spazioso e vicino al mare, adatto per bambini e animali (recintato in tutto il perimetro) sceglietelo!

Binnen en buiten een onvoorstelbaar mooi huis. We zijn verwende reizigers, maar waren volkomen onder de indruk. Alles was er, schoon, voldoende, goede bedden, lekkere banken, topkeuken, lekker zwembad. Helemaal prive gelegen. Mooie kunst en andere spullen. De mensen van Novasol die ons binnen lieten waren zo vriendelijk. En Rosalia was zo behulpzaam. Echt alles boven verwachting!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

Abbiamo prenotato questa villa per le festività di Pasqua e Pasquetta, eravamo in 12, posizione strategica e vista mozzafiato. Da ritornarci con l’apertura della piscina. Antonio e Pasquale sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Un’esperienza a 5 stelle!

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! La maison est neuve et donc en parfait état. les espaces extérieurs et intérieur sont grands et adaptés pour 2 couples. la literie est excellente et les 2 salles de bains permettent une intimité totale. La cuisine est très pratique, le barbecue également. si vous aimez la région cette maison sera très pratique

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia (3 bimbi piccoli) nell'alloggio di Barbara. Si trova a circa 400 MT dal mare e Ci siamo trovati bene perché c'è davvero tutto il necessario e la casa è tenuta molto bene! La stanze sono ampie e offrono le comodità necessarie. La zona è tranquilla e c'è un parco giochi molto vicino. È stato un piacere conoscere Barbara e voglio sottolineare la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre necessità, nonché la flessibilità che ci ha concesso per check-in e check out. Un host davvero da 5 stelle! Grazie!

Ho preso in affitto la casa di Anna tutto il mese di giugno e siamo stati benissimo! La casa è perfetta anche per una famiglia che ha figli ancora piccoli. Noi ci siamo stati con Un bambino di 3 anni e una neonata di 3 mesi e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa gode di un’ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare (basta fare una trentina di gradini e ci si ritrova sulla Marina di Serapo piena di stabilimenti super attrezzati e spiagge libere) e ha un giardino con una vista piacevole sul mare e anche riparato dal vento (aspetto molto apprezzato visto che nel Pomeriggio si alza sempre un po’ di vento a Gaeta). Anna, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e sempre super disponile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa, tanto che mio figlio la chiama ora “zia Anna”. Noi originariamente avevamo prenotato per 2 settimane ma siamo stati così bene che abbiamo deciso di prolungare il nostro soggiorno di un’altra settimana. Speriamo di poterci tornare il prossimo anno!

Tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Check-in erfolgte aufgrund Stau leider später, war kein Problem. Das Haus ist klein, aber für eine schönen Urlaub absolut ausreichend. Der Hof ist komplett abgeschlossen, so dass wir unseren beiden Chihuahua frei laufen lassen konnten. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist wie angegeben, absolut top!

Gianpiero was a wonderful host. He met us at the home and showed us around making sure that we knew where everything was and how to use everything (even providing us with a bunch of wonderful snacks, milk and juice, olive oil that his family produced AND a cake!). His smile is infectious. He was sure to tell us about his home town and lovely sights to see. Not a critique, but some expectation management- I think this home is ideal for warmer months but room heaters and a space heater were provided to improve our comfort. Also when we lost power and could not figure it out, Gianperio was at the house within 15 mins to solve the problem. He is a wonderful communicator, thoughtful, courteous, timely and I truly enjoyed interacting with him! He even brought his mom on checkout day and I wanted to hug her as she interacted with my daughter- she reminded me of my mom!
