The Grange

A one bedroom flat on the ground floor of a Victorian house, conveniently located on Minster High Street. Much of the original Victorian character has been retained. The flat consists of four rooms in total. a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a sizeable double bedroom, and a bathroom. The wifi is excellent (sky fibre max), off street parking is outside the flats separate entrance, and the flat is ideal for longer stays.

Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
