Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Happy Mountains Appartment 2 "Arnspitze"

This cosy yet spacious apartment is perfect for families, couples or groups that love to be surrounded by nature, but also want to be near to local amenities. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift, so it not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you are really, really tall, you might find the sloped ceilings annoying. Our apartment provides a home-from-home so you can just relax and enjoy your break. Our goal is to offer top service in modern apartments at normal prices.

Very nice apartment, outskirts in Flaurling, Tyrol

The apartment is located in a quiet outskirts of Flaurling in the middle of the countryside. Garden use (table, chairs, sunbathing lawn, basketball hoop, soccer goal) in the area of the guest apartment. Free parking is available in front of the house. The village of Telfs with a climbing center, year-round ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. The nearest ski resorts and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing stores, tobacco shop, etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping center ,intal center ‘‘ and right behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation, etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log house is close to our carpentry shop and small farming and is located in the middle of the village, attention not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village lives! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!
