Waterfront holiday rentals in Middle Beach

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

And stay was excellent! The super organized apartment, supernova and organized utensils. Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

The stay is facing the sea, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linen, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the garbage. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I'd go back!

We were very well received. The house provides a wonderful view and contact with nature. Good internet for work, a few minutes' drive from the historic centre. Great getaway

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

Excellent stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful, full kitchen, spacious and well-organized house. We were very well attended to by Adriana. During the night, with a clear sky, it is possible to see the sky fully starry. The only point of attention is the dirt road on arrival, which for those who are not used to it, or in rainy seasons, can be a little scary. I went on days without rain and it was super quiet. In addition, everything is impeccable, I highly recommend it!

It was me ,husband and son😊 We arrived before the time and the Maicon(Renata's husband) received us very sympathetic. To arrive at home,he took us by boat(in less than 1 minute rs) but also possible on the trail walking for (8 minutes approx)The beauty of the place swear,not described by the photos!The house was built literally on top of the rocks.Dorm and wake up listening to the sound of the sea so close to the therapeutic one.A balcony and huge deck with lots of sun and stairs for simply a dip in the natural aquarium with several species of fish , Yesmmmm the backyard is the sea🤩We had the luck of clear nights and the moon was a spectacular part of 🙏🏼Everything very clean,in the house has everything you need to have days of peace and comfort.Ahhh without mentioning the accessibility for walks on the famous islands of the region(Island of cabbages and pigs)Including I would like to make the tour of the Island of the pigs with the Maicon ,and to close Picinguaba is 36 km from Paraty,we enjoy the night of là reco, we😊 will soon return🙏

Had a lovely stay at Mariano’s place. It was very clean & everything as described, with a beautiful secluded location, feeling like you’re in a jungle cabin, with a view of Cephilo beach below. Loved the surrounding views & relaxing in the hammock, we saw many beautiful birds & butterflies from the back yard, full of plants & exotic flowers. Mariano was attentive & replied quickly to our questions. The path up to the house is steep & a little slippery so you do need to be careful, as the listing says you need to have some level of fitness if you’re planning to walk around a lot. Very short and easy walk to Cephilo beach, however you can’t really swim there as the water is very rough. It’s about 20 minute further walk along the beach to get to the good beaches for swimming & to the town centre where you can find shops & restaurants. Better to walk back to the accommodation before it gets dark, or use a car or scooter to get around.

The host was extremely kind and attentive. The house is charming! At every moment, we discovered a new detail, and the accommodation became an event on the trip. Spacious and very comfortable property, very tasteful decoration and a wonderful view! We felt embraced by the house, such good energy that we felt when we entered. I recommend and will come back more often!

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you're looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the place for you! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colours, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay. I thank Alain for the attention and flexibility he gave us, making our trip even more unforgettable!!!! Gratitude...!!!! Guys, "just go" and enjoy every moment!!!!
