Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

This place is very nice and quiet .We spent very good time there.The apartment is very big and clean. For the kids, it's perfect because you have a garden . I recommend it to everyone.

Great place! Used it as a rest stop between coming down from the Dolomites and visiting Venice/Caorle while traveling by car. The apartment is spacious and has everything you’d likely need during a trip. You’ll need to take a short 5-minute drive to Ceggia for dinner, but that shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car. Aniello is a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend the place!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. Giovanna hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, schlicht, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und hat uns (zu dritt) auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz geboten. Frotteewäsche fürs Bad war vorhanden, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln - das fand ich super! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und gleichzeitig sind diverse Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Giovanna ermöglichte uns, am Abreisetag das Gepäck noch bis am Nachmittag in der Wohnung stehen zu lassen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall gerne weiter.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Pucci und Stefano sehr genossen. Alles ist perfekt gelaufen, tolle Kommunikation und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral, nur einen Steinwurf von der Seufzerbrücke entfernt. Wer also die totale Ruhe sucht, der ist hier wahrscheinlich falsch. Wer gerne mitten im Geschehen ist, für den ist die Wohnung perfekt. Durch die Lage in einem Hinterhof hört man auf der Terrasse zwar ein wenig den Trubel, in der Wohnung war es aber ganz ruhig, es stört also nicht. Stefano und Pucci waren tolle Gastgeber, sie haben uns sogar geholfen, als einer unserer Koffer von der Fluglinie verspätet geliefert wurde und als Kontakt fungiert. Vielen Dank nochmal an Euch beide für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und Eure Hilfe!

Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

La estadía en el departamento de Martina fue excepcional! Ella fue tan amable que incluso nos buscó en la estación de tren y nos acompañó hasta el departamento en vaporetto! El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, es muy cómodo y Martina deja carpetas con un montón de detalles y recomendaciones de Venecia!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

We had a fantastic stay and they couldn’t be more accommodating for our 7 month old. The cot bed was in great condition and bedding was an extra nice touch. The apartment is ideally located, not too close to the tourist crowds but really easy to get to all the major sites. The coffee shop is literally 6 feet from the front door so very helpful in the morning.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Acomodação muito organizada e limpa. Localização com bastante mercados e restaurantes no geral. Manual com explicações na casa, tudo muito organizado, gostamos bastante!

Great location, a few minutes to the Train station and vaporato. Quietly tug in an ally way, surrounded by trees and greenery in both front and back yard. We felt right at home with a spacious and clean bedroom, bathroom, and well equipped kitchen. The check in with Novella’s mother was very welcoming and helpful. Novella’s apartment was special to me. I will sure stay there again when I visit Venice.
