Sehr cozy eingerichtetes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad! Rustikal, aber sehr einladend. Tolles Bett! Mauro ist sehr nett und gibt gute Tipps.

Quando arrivi tramite barca in questo paradiso terrestre dimentichi in che mondo vivi ed il tempo scorre sereno in comunione con la natura e che natura! è proprio incontaminata! se poi si aggiungono tramonti, cena in compagnia cucinata dai proprietari (pesce grigliato con le loro verdure) e Anna e Andrea che vi raccontano la storia e gli aspetti dell'ecosistema lagunare, ci si emoziona veramente. L'intera isola vi aspetta con gli argini simbolicamente aperti, sarà come stare a casa propria!

Absolutely wonderful. Nothing to complain. The apartment and the beach as the pool-area are clean, comfortable an a paradise for kids (our a 5 and 7 years old).

We've had a lovely time at Casa Cervade. We were welcomed most kindly when we arrived and Renata had so many great recommendations for things to visit. The region is tremendously beautiful and well worth a visit. Next to that, the house itself is perfect. It has everyting you need for a family of six adults. The outside of the house is even beter. They have a great and large garden in which you can sit in both the sun and the shade. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the kindness of Renata and her family.

The best part of the stay were the hosts Antonio and Alberto. Antonio was very responsive and helpful as well. He gave all the required information plus his recommendations for Venice tours. The house was as per the photos and clean. We had our own vehicle so it made it easier to arrive.

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes, charmantes und typisch italienisches Anwesen. Sie ist ideal gelegen, um Venetien mit einem Auto zu erkunden. Venedig ist in knapp 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Salzwasser-Pool war unsere Rettung im heißen Sommer. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen. So wie auch die Ruhe, die die Lage mitbrachte. Achtung: Es gibt dort sehr viele Mücken, also Biteaway und Mückenspray mitnehmen! Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber im Grunde alles, was man benötigt. Im Gegensatz zu dem, was in der Anzeige angegeben war, gibt es leider keine Grundnahrungsmittel zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Pfeffer). Supermärkte sind aber innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Gianluigi ist eine sehr freundliche Person. Er war stets schnell zu erreichen. Wenn man kein Italienisch spricht, kann sich die Kommunikation gegebenenfalls leider etwas schwierig gestalten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Gianluigi und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten großes Glück, dass wir diese Unterkunft zufällig entdeckt haben. Das Appartement und das Areal sind wunderschön! Es ist wie ein kleines Paradies: während man auf der Terrasse frühstückt, kann man den Pferden beim Grasen zuschauen. Der wunderschöne Park rund ums Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr interessant auch die Geschichte dieses historischen Gebäudes - Stefano weiß viel darüber zu erzählen. Er war sofort erreichbar wenn man was brauchte. Man kann sogar ein Boot mieten und damit von dort, gleich vom Fluss vor der Haustür, zum Strand oder anderen Städten fahren! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, neu renoviert, luftig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausserdem verfügt diese über Klimaanlage und ist blitzblank sauber. In der Küche finden Gäste Basics zum Kochen (Olivenöl, Pasta, etc. sowie gemahlenen Kaffee) sowie vorgekühltes Mineralwasser - sehr aufmerksam! Vielen Dank für diese schöne und erholsame Auszeit!

Highly recommended! Communication was prompt and easy with Linda who is a responsive and thoughtful host. The house is elegant, spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Large bedrooms with very comfy beds. We enjoyed chatting to Linda and her mum who both made us feel welcome and very much at home. We borrowed bikes and enjoyed going along the river path to the Archeological museum nearby. Close to Marco Polo Venice airport. Could be based here to explore the region, visit Treviso, and for day trips to Venice. Peaceful quiet setting with pleasant verandah for outdoor dining and ample space to park the car. Thank you for a great stay!

Linda und ihre Mum sind zwei sehr herzliche und freundliche Menschen. Vor Ort waren die beiden für alle Nachfragen offen und haben immer eine Lösung parat gehabt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war romantisch,rustikal mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Glück die Unterkunft für uns allein genießen zu können und hatten somit sehr viel Platz. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig um schnell von A nach B zu kommen. Lindas hinterlegter Reiseführer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war sehr schön und wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt!

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's. Nice clean room and bathroom. Free parking in de Garden. There is a great restaurant just 150m from the house. We left early and missed breakfast.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wij hebben met onze 3 kids enorm genoten van de prachtige Agri turismo van Fabienne. Het is een heerlijke plek super mooi aangelegen heerlijk zwembad voor de kids en het ontbreekt aan niets. We komen zeker terug!!

Die Unterkunft war ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge machen, z.B. nach Venedig, Chioggia und Padua - alles ist gut erreichbar. Der Hof hat viel Charme und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fabienne und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen - wir können ihn nur weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Seven star review if I could! Everything was wonderful. Torcello is a quiet, little island with a magnificent history in the Venetian lagoon. You can visit the nearby basilica, church, bell tower and museum of the 7th and 11th century, then walk to Franco's beautiful historic home which offers all the modern comforts. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked. He is an exceptional and receptive host. Franco's place is magical if you want a quiet Venice, good food and want to be around nature and history.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Lekker rustig & ruim & mooie uitvalsbasis voor Venetië en omgeving.

Made to feel welcome by Rita and Bruno, they kept us supplied with fresh homegrown veg and a super breakfast on our last day. Accommodation was simple but comfortable, although we felt a soft seating area would have made a good place into a great one! But all the facilities and utensils you need. Great restaurant on site too. Lovely pool and surroundings ideal for a family as good play area with climbing frame and swings and football goals(we are a bit too old to make full use of them😅) Great shop in nearby Lido di Jesolo, street closed to vehicles in the evening and local market in Jesolo on Friday's. 30 minutes drive to punta sabbioni to catch ferry to venice. Relaxing place in country setting, but thing to note, farm hosts childrens campus most weekdays from 7.30am, although they didn't affect us. Well worth a visit. Thank you Rita and Bruno.
