The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is a free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur. Genieße den Blick auf die Pferde, Ponys, Hühner, Enten oder einfach die Wildvögel. Im Wintergarten ist der Blick in alle Richtungen einfach nur schön und bei gutem Wetter ist beim verweilen auf der Terrasse bestimmt auch ein Pferd beim schmatzen zu hören. A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Charming big room with character in Wismar

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)
