Apart from all gazing at the sea and breathing the morning sea breeze or listening to the waves has calming,relaxing and alleviating properties! Moreover the house is fully refurbished with a unique and sophisticated taste for the area standards and the use of natural materials and eco paints and varnishes has been a sine qua non! Almost all furnitures(to the best of my ability) are hand made of natural wild and solid wood directly from sustainably managed forests free of harmfully,dangerous chemicals and eco friendly!Maple,pine,beech tree,oak,bamboo and natural rattan which are the main materials for Jasmine Stoupa bring nature and its beauty indoors for you to enjoy. Especially the beds with sky are made by pure and solid beech trea,the doors made of maple as the bathroom furniture as well,the outdoor furniture by natural rattan and bamboo! The mattresses and pillows are anatomical and orthopaedic made by natural materials as well, allergy free(media strom) and the shits and towels made of cotton! The 2 air conditions of the house are Carrier inverter and their maintenance is made by certified crew. Also 2 flat Tv's are available (55 and 50 inches) with AirPlay and many apps available.Cinobo app is also available for movie lovers! Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances that feels like home! Agali Suites consist of four independent apartments, all offering stunning views of the Messinian Gulf and its breathtaking sunsets. Messinia and Mani offer a unique blend of nature, history and authentic local experiences. In this site you will find carefully selected day trips designed to help you explore the region with comfort and ease. Warm wishes, Agali Suites The building is of recent construction and consists of four maisonettes,all of which have a view to the sea just meters from your balcony. The maisonette is 85 square meters and can accommodate six people, is autonomous with heating/air-conditioning ,basic kitchen facilities(fridge,cooker,pots and pans,dishes and cutlery), 30 sq meter private balcony ,television, Wifi and parking. Two friendly dogs live in the back garden. On the ground floor is the restaurant cafe AGKALI which serves traditional food cooked with extra virgin olive oil from my personal farm. We serve complete breakfast,lunch,dinner,and freshly caught fish from our local fisherman is also available on request. All of these can be enjoyed in the cafe or at tables next to the sea, room service is also available. As in keeping with the atmosphere of the area, AGKALI cafe restaurant is a low key and relaxing place.

Open all year round, Passava is an independent maisonette-villa of 80 sm. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, first bathroom, living room, balcony with dining area and the private heated swim spa. On the first floor you'll find the master bedroom, the second bathroom and the balcony with the heated jacuzzi. The maisonette includes everything anyone can ask from a holiday home. Combination with the panoramic view, and the enchanting sunsets, expect nothing less than memorable holidays.

Family house renovated in 2024 and a guest house in a garden with direct access to a peaceful & remote beach. The beach is just in front of the house. At the end of the garden, the beach is emerging. The garden is extended in different levels. The house offers amazing seaview & peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation. The main house is a 2 storey buliding with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 livingroom, 1 kitchen. The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom with adjoining kitchenette.
