Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια με πολύ μεγάλα και άνετα κρεββάτια King Size (180x200), μικρή κουζίνα, άνετη μεγάλη τραπεζαρία και δύο ευρύχωρα & λειτουργικά μπάνια. Το Aeraki, ανεξάρτητη κατοικία στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου, προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην κοινή πισίνα 54 τ.μ. (μοιράζεται με το Aerides), με ρηχό τμήμα/τζακούζι για χαλάρωση. Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Η βεράντα δίπλα στην πισίνα, με θέα στους απέραντους ελαιώνες, είναι ιδανική για γεύμα ή ποτό.
