Great location and walking distance to the beach and various beach bars and restaurants. The house was very cozy and everything worked well. And it was nice and quiet in the area.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

Elisa's place is absolutely devine! We had the most enjoyable peaceful relacing stay here. We cannot eait to come back! Fresh fruit and juice everyday, beautiful surroundings, the hosts are so friendly and helpful and everything was just perfect. We cant wait to come back !!

This was my second time at Stefanos's and I don't regret it. The setting is idyllic, sunsets are breathtaking and Stefanos is incredibly kind. Thank you for everything !

Family stay, four persons - one week We had a wonderful week at the beach house. The house was clean and very nice with great outdoor facilities. Swimmingpool, beach, watersports, tennis, tabeltennis. White Villas/beach house is located at the countryside and you will need a car to get there and to get around for supermarkets, restaurants etc. its a 3 1/5 hour drive from Athens airport. We whent by the Corith Chanel on the way and when heeding back to Athens airport we took a small detour and stopped by Delfi. The house is very close to Olympos, so that's a must see when you are at the house. The beach by the house is a very nice sand beach whit clear blue water. But not fun to do snorkling, not much to see. There is a small village in walking distance where you will find two very simple restaurants. Also a beach bar near by the house/beach, but it seemed very expensive. Kitchen is very simple, but ok for very simple cooking. There is a loot of tour guides provided by the owner. But you should stay at the house because you want to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and beach. and perhaps a visit to Olympos.

2 parents, 2children 9-11, stay 3 night. Kind hosts, clean pool as much as can be assessed given that we went to April, as well as the accommodation with a daily housekeeping staff visit, tennis/basketball courts, playground for younger children, the beach accessible on foot. You need a car for shopping in the nearest markets. Many attractions within reach; a single flaw was with a curtain rod and the first day the water supply was interrupted for about 10 minutes. Probably some random amenity disturbance, unless related to the scarcity of the Peloponnese . Generally excellent value for money.

The view from the bungalows is unique, ensuring a very calm environment during your stay. plenty of beaches nearby, and a famous gorge for those who hike plus some great tavernas within 10 minutes driving distance. the garden is wild and beautiful too and there are sufficient amenities in relation to the cost/night. an excellent stay, with an excellent host - we will come again < 3

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! Great location - great for trips from there. The place was very spacious for the four of us. Breakfast was served at the table and had everything we needed. The pool and terrace invite you to linger with a beautiful view of the still snow-covered mountains. We had a wonderful short stay, but enjoyed it very much.

We felt right at home. It was very quiet and cozy. Despite the seclusion, you could easily reach many sights, beaches, etc. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The two of us enjoyed every day of our three weeks in this cottage close to the endless sandy beach! Ioannis is a wonderful host. It was like visiting a circle of friends. The house is exactly as described, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even oven and freezer are included. However, the taverns nearby are very good :-) There is plenty of closet space, enough hooks, a clothes rack - everything is perfectly and lovingly furnished. (Info for back sufferers: The mattresses in the two bedrooms are new, there is a softer large bed and two firmer narrower beds, so there is something for everyone.) Outside, there is a suitable spot in the countryside for every position of the sun - with luck, you will be visited by Schildi, the local Greek tortoise. We would very much like to come back.

The villa was beyond expectations. Our host was very friendly and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Would recommend and, hopefully, one day we may return. Thank you for great accommodation in a wonderful and quiet location.

A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

We had wonderful days at Villa Leonidas. The house is secluded and can be reached on a rather adventurous road. A car is absolutely necessary. The house is clean and has everything you need. Particularly nice is the large outdoor area with cooking and barbecue facilities as well as a pool. You have many different seating options outside, from which you can always see the sea. Leo always responded quickly to our requests and was super friendly. We will be happy to come back.
