Το σπίτι είναι basic αλλά εξαιρετικά καθαρό, βολικά και με έναν υπέροχο μεγάλο κήπο, μέσα σε λιόφυτα με αιωνόβιες ελιές, πορτοκαλιές και λεμονιές. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, με αρκετά εστιατόρια και καφέ εύκολα προσβάσιμα. Γενικά περάσαμε πολύ ωραία.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

Elisa's place is absolutely devine! We had the most enjoyable peaceful relacing stay here. We cannot eait to come back! Fresh fruit and juice everyday, beautiful surroundings, the hosts are so friendly and helpful and everything was just perfect. We cant wait to come back !!

Jamais deux sans trois c'est ma troisième venue chez Stefanos tant j'aime l'endroit. Les logements sont calmes, la vue magnifique sur la mer et le couché de soleil tous les soirs depuis la terasse, deux plages différentes à 10min à pied. Toujours parfait et Stefanos au petit soin merci encore pour les présents. A bientôt !

Nous remercions Stefanos pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Le bungalow est très bien situé, il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer avec des couchers de soleil splendides tous les soirs. Nous reviendrons très certainement, merci encore pour tout !

Family stay, four persons - one week We had a wonderful week at the beach house. The house was clean and very nice with great outdoor facilities. Swimmingpool, beach, watersports, tennis, tabeltennis. White Villas/beach house is located at the countryside and you will need a car to get there and to get around for supermarkets, restaurants etc. its a 3 1/5 hour drive from Athens airport. We whent by the Corith Chanel on the way and when heeding back to Athens airport we took a small detour and stopped by Delfi. The house is very close to Olympos, so that's a must see when you are at the house. The beach by the house is a very nice sand beach whit clear blue water. But not fun to do snorkling, not much to see. There is a small village in walking distance where you will find two very simple restaurants. Also a beach bar near by the house/beach, but it seemed very expensive. Kitchen is very simple, but ok for very simple cooking. There is a loot of tour guides provided by the owner. But you should stay at the house because you want to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and beach. and perhaps a visit to Olympos.

Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, καθαρή πισινα όσο μπορεί να αξιολογηθεί δεδομένου ότι πήγαμε Απρίλιο, όπως και το κατάλυμα με καθημερινή επίσκεψη από το προσωπικό καθαριότητας, γηπεδακι τένις/μπάσκετ, παιδική χαρά για πιο μικρά παιδιά, η παραλία προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Χρειάζεται αμάξι για τα ψώνια στα πλησιέστερα μάρκετ. Πλήθος αξιοθέατων σε κοντινή εμβελεια. ένα μόνο ψεγαδι υπήρξε με ένα κουρτινόξυλο ενω την πρώτη μέρα διακόπηκε η παροχή νερού για κάνα 10λεπτο. Μάλλον κάποια τυχαία διαταραχή παροχής, εκτός αν σχετίζεται με την λειψυδρια της Πελοποννήσου . Γενικά excellent value for money.

The view from the bungalows is unique, ensuring a very calm environment during your stay. plenty of beaches nearby, and a famous gorge for those who hike plus some great tavernas within 10 minutes driving distance. the garden is wild and beautiful too and there are sufficient amenities in relation to the cost/night. an excellent stay, with an excellent host - we will come again < 3

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! Tolle Lage - super um von dort Ausflüge zu machen. Die Unterkunft war für uns vier sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tisch serviert und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool und die Terrasse laden ein zum Verweilen mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die noch mit Schnee bedeckten Berge. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzaufenthalt, haben es aber sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit konnte man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strände etc. gut erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wir haben zu zweit jeden Tag unserer drei Wochen in diesem Häuschen nah am endlosen Sandstrand genossen! Ioannis ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Es war wie ein Besuch im Freundeskreis. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, sogar Backofen und Gefrierschrank sind dabei. Allerdings sind die Tavernen in der Nähe sehr gut :-) Es gibt viel Schrankplatz, genug Haken, einen Wäscheständer - alles ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet. (Info für Rückengeplagte: Die Matratzen in den zwei Schlafzimmern sind neu, es gibt ein weicheres großes Bett und zwei festere schmalere Betten, also für jeden etwas.) Draußen gibt es im Grünen zu jedem Sonnenstand ein passendes Plätzchen - mit Glück wird man von Schildi, der ansässigen griechischen Landschildkröte, besucht. Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen.

בית ענק עם אופי. קומה למעלה עם פרטיות מוחלטת ומרפסת מטורפת ולמטה מלא חדרים גדולים ונוחים. נקי מטופח. חצר ענקית ומארחים שזמינים תמיד לכל שאלה. חייבים רכב. זה ממש בשום מקום. אבל במרחק 2 דקות נסיעה מגיעם לחוף הכי יפה בסביבה. והדרך אליו עוצרת נשימה. 10 דקות משם יש עיירה בשם דפרנו

A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Leonidas. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und ist auf einer eher abenteuerlichen Straße zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Das Haus ist sauber und hat alles, was es braucht. Besonders schön ist der große Außenbereich mit Koch-und Grillgelegenheit sowie Pool. Man hat viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, von denen man immer das Meer sieht. Leo hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
