Absolutely loved staying here. Really nice well located, modern apartment with loads of space and a great terrace. Would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful house in Kalamata for five days, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the perfect location, nestled in a serene and picturesque area yet conveniently close to all the amenities and attractions that Kalamata has to offer. The house itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Each room was beautifully decorated, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into preparing the house for guests. In the surrounding area, I found plenty to see and do. From charming local shops and restaurants to beautiful beaches and cultural sites, everything was easily accessible. In summary, my stay at this house in Kalamata was perfect in every way. A huge thank you to Maria and Nancy for making my visit so memorable. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Messinia!

Great value for money!

We were there second time and everything was perfect! Theodora is very friendly and kind. We had everything what necessary for comfortable vacations. Kakovatos is beautiful place for quiet holidays without the huge crowds.

Vytina House is an excellent choice. Very close to the village centre with all amenities such as cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also located right on the Menalon Trail, and as such would be an excellent base to do that long-distance trail. Communication with the owner Angelos was outstanding; precise, on time and informative. In short, I can highly recommend this rental.

We are very satisfied with Nantina & Spiros, although we could not meet the stated - of our arrival time, we were constantly in contact with Nantina and was no problem at all that we arrived at 4am. We are most certainly coming back to Sophie's Stone House. My second time staying with this lovely host. We had a wonderful stay and the town is so quaint each time we come back. Will be returning.

Immediate response with kindness & patience to all questions & any problems we encountered. Arriving at the accommodation we felt like we were coming home & our family was waiting for us!It was a very beautiful feeling! The biggest surprise was that the accommodation was 10 times better than what we saw on the page. Huge outdoor space around the house, large comfortable parking, direct access to the beach in literally two steps, with a private path! The sea is shallow, sandy & crystal clear, ideal for children! The best thing that awaited us was the sparkling PRIVATE pool, overlooking the sea & the castle. We had 4 children in the group & I don't really remember if they came out of the pool from morning until night. Parents, rest assured that you will find peace of mind, as your children have a wonderful time! Extra bonus the barbecue, which helped us have wonderfully cooked food in less than 15 minutes! The interior of the house, large and comfortable, with balconies in every room!

Great place for those who look to the opposite direction of trends. we will come back!

A great stay at Dimitra's, Dionysos and their children, all very kind. We were greeted very well, we immediately felt good in this warm and secure place. Breakfast is included and generous! The pool was very popular with our children and the place is ideally located to visit Olympia! In short, everything is there, we highly recommend it!

We had a great time in Poliani and Mrs. Stavroula's house we and our two dogs! The house is fully equipped, with very beautiful decoration, very good heating and beautiful surroundings! Essentially, the feeling of guests is that they are in their own cottage and not in a rental home. Beyond the house which is fully functional, the visitors can enjoy the routes around the village as well as the very good food in the local tavern. The combination of the village and this house is ideal for those who want to have a calm and carefree holiday in nature with their pets! Mrs. Stavroula was always available in everything we needed! This was a beautiful house that was very clean and was in a great location. It was right by the main shops, restaurants, and waterfront, so it was great for walking places. It was a very pretty neighborhood. Everything matched the pictures or looked even better. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vasilis place is perfect for Leonidio, it's right in the town so everything is walkable, but tucked up a side street so totally peaceful. And you're not close to the church bells (something to watch for at other apartments!). We really enjoyed our stay, the house is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures and has everything you need to relax when you're not out walking/climbing/sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time at Nikolas' lovely stone-built house!!!The terrace all the money, endless quiet,the kitchen was equipped with everything,the house spotless!!! Our Nikos is willing to guide us to the best beaches of the place and the most beautiful shops!!Of course we will come back, we felt at home!!!

Nikolaos house is very comfortable, located in a small but genuine village. It has a beautiful garden and a beautiful terrace, where the sweet smell of jasmine drifts in the evenings. It's at ten minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches of Peloponnese, Voydokilia, and from Nestor's palace, and about 40 minutes from Pylos. Few meters away there are a local shop, a bar and a restaurant. Strongly suggested!!

Very nice apartment with a very nice terrace. We had a great vacation there.

We had a wonderful time staying at Andreas’ place! The room (+aircon!) was brilliant in the hot days and the garden overlooking the sunset was gorgeous. Andreas was a very welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for your hospitality and we hope to be back soon!

A very big thank you to Konstantina for her warm welcome, responsiveness and kindness. Konstantina helped us when we needed it and was lovely to us. The accommodation is very spacious, pleasant and in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it.

We have spent a marvelous week in the village, the place was authentic, with local people being welcoming. Alexandra is a great hostess, she prepared the house for our arrival, the house is so well equipped, literally nothing is missing ! I would definitely go back to explore more the surroundings and enjoy the calmness of the place. I recommend it to all travellers, single, couples and families.

A great house to stay located at the beautiful and quiet upper part of the town. The house was fully equipped, perfectly clean. The available parking space was most useful as the town has limited parking space, especially during peak tourist periods. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and responded immediately. It was a perfect stay!
