The place is a haven of peace, Michelle is a really caring hostess and she has infused a really incredible soul into her "estate", a large house, a huge garden with a small river, scooters... You are at home here, everything is shared and you are also completely independent if you wish. Our stay was brief, we will come back to enjoy it better!

The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. Pleasant accommodation, clean and nicely decorated. We were very well received, with a delicious cake on arrival, which was a particularly appreciated touch! The equipment is complete and perfectly thought out: everything is there, whether for cooking, relaxing or feeling at home (towels, leisure, etc.). The place is quiet and the accommodation typical, which adds a lot of charm to the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a peaceful, beautiful location with so much space and activities nearby plus a walkable bakery, and supermarket a ten minute drive away. You definitely need a car if you want to go out and about — but the airbnb itself is perfect for a family break. Tennis, table tennis and a cute pool, plus so much land with bikes to borrow and fruit trees. It was a great spot for us — with two nine year olds and a fourteen year old it’s hard to find somewhere that suits everyone — but this most definitely did. Valerie was so attentive and friendly when needed, very helpful and gave us so much tips, but also left us to our own space. Really enjoyed it and will most definitely be back!!! Brush up on your french for the surrounding area :-) XO

We had a lovely family stay in the house. Well-equipped, cot, high chair, stair gate, games for children in the garden, everything is designed to have a great time with children. The house was very clean, easy to access, with a special mention for the bedding which is quality! Thank you to our hosts for their flexibility and ease of communication. We will be happy to come back for a future family weekend.

Great stay in this beautiful house, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need. The peaceful environment, the heated pool and the large fenced garden are perfect for children. We were warmly welcomed by Eugenie and her husband, always available but discreet and with delicate attention (bouquet of roses and peonies on arrival and small local gifts). Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great place to stay! Pascal was a wonderful host and has a lovely property. The finish in the apartment is of a high standard much more than just a holiday let. The location is lovely with views over the river, amenities in Vernon and the train station (just an hour in to Paris). We asked Pascal about kayaking along the river and he made enquiries on our behalf. We used m: Canoe Kayak Vernon just €20 per adult, they are just across the bridge on the left. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much Pascal.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished with taste. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.

We had a good experience as the house was very good and the owner was always attentive to us. We will return if we get the chance.
