Monthly Rentals in Merseyside

We had a great time! This was a private room in a multi-story home in the beautiful and peaceful Georgian Quarter, a quick walk to things like Peter Kavanaghs, Hope Street, the Knowledge Quarter, and Chinatown, a 10-25 minute walk to the city centre depending on where you're going. Danielle was very responsive and helpful when needed, the wifi worked well, people cleaned the shared spaces periodically, and the other guests were respectful and friendly. Tea and coffee were available, there was a good amount of cookware, a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, and the place was heated & well furnished with the ability to eat at the table in the kitchen or in the living room. Liverpool is such a fun, artsy city and we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks, Danielle!

David was a great host. Was flexible with checking-in time, and had a handy parking permit for me. Very clean house as well. I'll definitely be staying here during my next trip to the area.

First of all, praise to the landlords John and Co. all information according to advertisement. Quick response. We were there for 10 days. We like to walk and could reach everything super city about 20 minutes; from there to the port, museums and pubs. As fans, we also visited the FC Liverpool stadium on foot. The Cathedral is also impressive. We also looked at Chester by train (Merseyrail day ticket) Beautiful place. A trip with the ticket to Cosby Beach where the art figures are stuck in the sand. Upon seeing the flat for the first time, we immediately knew we’d made a good choice. The flat is exactly what you’d need for a trip, everything looked great, clean, cosy. The facilities were amazing, we were surprised by how many things were available. Unfortunately, since we’re not musicians nor scubadivers, we didn’t get to use it all. :-) The location was great, it’s obviously not the city centre, but depending on how sporty you are, it’s definitely doable on foot, otherwise buses and Ubers get you there in no time, for little money. In the area of the flat we found great restaurants of all sorts of world cuisines. The communication with Meike (and co-host Viktorija) went very smooth. They always replied almost immediately, and were super friendly. Last but not least, we found the pricing (and price-quality ratio) extremely good. After seeing other hotel/Airbnb prices in the rest of the city, we hadn’t hoped to find a flat like this one. Great experience, would recommend to all!
