Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Beautiful converted fruit mill with lots of original features, 2 bedroomed duplex apartment with a amazing view of all the bustle of the busy street below. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room and kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Located on the 4th floor. There is no lift so ability to climb stairs is a must, (72 to be exact). We are located in the busy bar area of Mathew Street and it can be noisy especially at weekends. Best location for night life....

This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
