Beachfront holiday rental in Merseyside

We went for a little family holiday for a few days. We were met by the friendly and informative Richard who gave us the tour and instructions. Hot tub was turned on for us already! We got loads of information prior to our arrival, with a really useful guide book. We absolutely loved our trip, feel relaxed after our spa evenings and a lovely ocean view chill. Wish we’d have booked for longer! Will deffo come back :) thanks for having us xxx

Location location location!! Have spent many a stay in Lytham St Anne’s, this find was one of the best. The host Nikki and Luke and their children were very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The home was rather large with a lovely big living room over looking the beach where I would sit for many hours just watching the world go by. The master bedroom had the most comfy large bed (Super king size) we have slept in. The hot tub was extremely clean and lovely and warm. Access to the back garden is private from the kitchen and has a secure gate to ensure our furry friends were safe with the kitchen door open. Overall our 6 night stay was amazing, very relaxed and the best location for the beach, St Anne’s centre and a good leisurely walk along the beach into Lytham to sample a new find “Savannah's” restaurant. Would definitely recommend a stay with Nikki and Luke. 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

This place was amazing extremely spacious and had everything you needed. Was local to everything we needed 5 min walk to the pleasure beach the sandcastle the beach aswell as the south pier arcades. Lots of food places and bars close by aswell. The place was spotless beds were comfortable and clean the whole place we could Not fault at all would definitely recommend and stay again.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. We had all of the facilities that we needed and the location was perfect for exploring up and down the coast. Information leaflets were very useful and the shower was great! The welcome pack was very good and we could have a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival. The use of upcycled furniture also made the cottage unique and very welcoming. The village had a very good charity shop / café and also had a good Chinese takeaway and some decent pubs. The cottage is also close to Talacre beach, Prestatyn and Flint / Holywell so there is always somewhere to visit. Thank you Chris for a lovely holiday rental! Dave, Chris, Elsie and Ruby

Nice peaceful area , great for furry friends. Beautiful beach within a 5 minute walk , accommodation catered for our needs . Quick response from host for our issue with the hot tub and someone was round to help within 15 minutes. Will be happy to return in the near future 🩶

Two night stay, during glorious weather, so we were able to make the most of the stunning location by the river. The house was spotless, with so many extras in the kitchen to make it home from home. Chris was in contact throughout our stay and was so helpful. The house is set over 3 floors. There are steps down to the ground floor(sun room) and the front of the house and then there are further steps down to the river. We travelled with an elderly parent with no mobility issues and they were doable. We hope to visit again in the future. Thanks Chris.

The place was very clean and a great size for the amount of people. The key box was very easy to use. We loved the idea of the book he left with all the information inside even with recommendations for food and places to visit!

Emma was a great host, replied really promptly and kept us upto date with details including hoe to get the play passes. She had clear instructions that were easy to follow. The caravan was clean and had all the amenities listed in her ad. The location of the caravan was great as its close to a park and a 5-7min walk to the restaraunts and entertainment.

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

Nathan and Toby kept us informed every step of the way. The caravan was in a lovely central location and was extremely clean upon arrival. You could smell how freshly clean the caravan which was very pleasant. Nathan and Toby communicated with us to enable us to find the caravan with no problems and ensured that we had managed to find it and were happy with our stay. They were readily available should we need them. Thankfully we didn’t as we had everything we could possibly need. Thank you both for a very enjoyable stay. We had a very comfortable stay and will be back in the future.

We have stayed with Wayne a number of times now and each time is perfect! Thanks for having us last minute!!

Had a great stay in the caravan and at this site. Nice quiet site with kid friendly cycle lanes in the surrounding area.

This place is very beautiful and my family and I liked it very much. The place is very clean and tidy and everything is available in it. We will go there again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s caravan! The place was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Sara was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this caravan for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay again!

Our favourite ever airbnb. Everything was so cosy and the place had everything you could possibly need. Lily has obviously put so much thought and love into making this the perfect little nest for anyone visiting the sights of New Brighton, which, by the way, are right on your doorstep. Lovely view of the lighthouse from the breakfast table. Just a perfect air bnb. Thank you!

Very nice location, super close to the station. Corresponded well with the photos and was well equipped.

Great place for a large family or group of friends. Perfect for what we wanted it for - a casual hang with friends for my partner's 30th! The house is a little run down in places but it was absolutely what we wanted and Jen was very responsive over message!

This is a wonderul apartment with stunning views out to sea. Perfect for a weekend break or time to just relax either at the apartment with its great balconies or as a base to explore the Wirral and into Liverpool. Big and spacious, excellent kitchen, very large bedrooms and comfortable beds and a great large TV to watch films and sport on. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended. Just not for the weekends we want to come back!

It appears that we didn’t actually stay in the advertised apartment - we stayed in the one above which I have a feeling was actually bigger as over 2 floors - amazing views of the Mersey and the prom was fabulous for walking. Norma - who met us was so helpful. Only negatives were very minor - public transport to Liverpool involves quite a walk - not a particular issue for us however. Could have done with an instruction manual especially for TV and for the fancy showers- however excellent value for money and would definitely recommend
